*Is now going to go on a short hiatias (sp?), needs a good amount of time alone and away from people.*
If you don't like my vague details I'm sorry but that's all I feel like saying about this, I feel ad as it is. Anyways I may lurk, and post occationally but just give me untill this weekend and I may be a little okay by then.

Gosh, sorry I haven't been around too much! The show opens next week and we're barely off-script! AAGH! I've been running around in a panic all week. But, hopefully, life will settle after Christmas Carol is over. *Remembers finals* ...or maybe not *cries softly*
Oh, and March_Hare, we all luff you! I hope you feel better soon!

All the houses are putting up a thread for the house
decorations. Anyways we need to find our colors and
get a rockin' thread put up.
Post suggestions and pictures in here, and I'll incorperate
them into our thread as soon as I can get it started.

I hope all of you had a good thanksgiving sorry for not being here lately. My brother is coming for a visit in December so if I am not replying to any messages or anything in December for a few days or so don't worry I will come back and reply to anything and everything ok just to let you all know.

Sorry I have been gone for several days... the holidays in my family are VERY crazy... I have also had to cover several shifts at my work because people have been sick. I miss talking to everyone and I hope that everyone has an awesome holidays season!

I have something special for you guys. I have made two banners for our house decorations and we are going to have some voting for which one you guys prefer. If you guys have any banners you wish to submit please do so soon. So we can comence with the voting. . Option 1:  Option 2:  I will do my best to see if LHH can set up a poll option for voting untill then just vote for which one you like best in your posts. :] I will try and keep tally.

Okay I need some help.
I need someone to be responsible for getting all the hufflepuff house information.
I need someone else to get Pictures and Information of all the known house members. Pictures are not required, but if you can get some that would be amazing.
And any other great ideas that you would like to add on our decoration page.

What an honor to be sorted into Hufflepuff! The house based on values and virtues over simply deeds. Not that the Hufflepuffs don't do anything worthwhile, it's just that here importance is based more on how you are, not what you do. Hufflepuff is all about acceptance. Since when is that a bad thing?
In Hufflepuff, there is a fallacy that the members are simply average, not good enough to get into the other houses. This is most definately not so. Just because Hufflepuff doesn't discriminate against people for not being good enough (or brave, smart, and ambitious enough), does not mean that the entire house is full of wimps, as people seem to think. While, yes. hard-workers are most likely to enter Hufflepuff, this does not mean there aren't other qualities. The fact that Helga Hufflepuff will take "all the rest" can and is seen as a bad thing, by some.
A Hufflepuff is loyal to their friends, trustworthy and patient, and often hard-working. One need not to fit all the criteria of a house to belong it it, nor not have any of the other House's values.
Last, I hope I need not remind you of Cedric Diggory, the one champion chosen for Hogwarts, over all the cunning Slytherins, brave Gryffindors, and clever Ravenclaws. You'd do good not to doubt Hufflepuff.

About the Puff dorms/common room, I believe they are near the kitchens, and the doors leading to the common room are round like barrel tops, and its snug and cozy inside and the chairs are puffy, soft and yellow. I imagine sort of like Mamma Bears bed wink
