Green Tent (and talking to some Blue Tent occupants, apparently? XD; )

Moure was still concerned with Edel's well being when he heard someone mention Scario Kart. The Runner looked over, spotting a few of the people being treated by a tall robed figure. The one Moure'd seen in pieces eariler was apparently reconstructed now, and had heard Moure's comment about the video game.

"Yeah. Running and racing are kind of my things, so I love that game." Moure took the other boil in a bit more, realizing that the blue-tinged undead must've been new, as Moure hadn't seen him around the Undead Dorms much. Moure gave him a nod though and continued. "Name's Moure, by the way. I don't think I've seen you around before. What about you, do you play Scario Kart?" Even while talking to this new undead boil, Moure was keeping an eye on the frost demoness by his side, still holding one of her hands. Hopefully she'd like this kind of distraction, right?

BLUE TENT
(( I figured open tents meant they could hear each other, especially since the majority of students have left by now. 8D; If I'm incorrect, you are free to hit me for the derp I am. ))

Did he play? Did he play?

"Yessssssssss," came the exultant reply from the other tent. "HolyJackyesssss. Mortimer, is Mortimer! Also happy to meet Moure." From this distance Mort could see that the boil was also patched up - more friends in the undead dorms, awesome!

"Is new to school. Really new." But even, his expression, if Moure was able to see, reflected that Mortimer thought himself rather lucky to be meeting the students that he did.

Green Tent
((I figured they could do so, don't worry. XD; I was simply commenting eariler. XD;;; )

Moure's expression brightened a bit more simply from the raw excitement generated by the simple conversation of Scario Kart. Oh, how Moure loved that racing game. "Glad to hear it! And nice to meet you too, Mortimer." This boil, Mortimer, seemed to be pretty ecstatic about Scario Kart, which was always welcome around Moure. He was happy to see another undead with a similar interest.

If this boil was so excited about it, and new, perhaps he didn't know about Ren's club yet? "Ahh. Did you know that there's a club dedicated completely to Scario Kart?" Moure realized that he wasn't exactly sure what the blue-gray-skinned boil was. He was pretty sure he wasn't a patchwork, otherwise his door would've been pretty close to his own, but Moure hadn't exactly been scouting out the Undead Dorms for new students. Thinking it would just be better to ask, Moure voiced his question. "Anyway, are you a...patchwork? Zombie, maybe?" It was always good to know, right? It would help Moure gauge how close the other's room was. Moure gave the other boil a good natured grin in any case and said, "We'll have to race sometime, that's for sure."Moure would take any opportunity to play a game of Scario Kart, after all.

Which reminded him that he'd have to play against Edel again sometime soon. He gave her hand a light squeeze and offered her another spookie, hoping she was enjoying the conversation.

Blue Tent

Malodore felt a bit like it was getting whiplash or something, what with all the questions so rapid-fire. Never mind that the plague doctor could do the same thing to its own hapless victim when it was really interested in a particular subject... "Ah, I see. I am not familiar with that tome, but there is much I do not yet know. Si, I am also undead." It tilted its head at the zombie boil as it tied off another line of stitches.

"That could be enjoyable," it said, after a moment. "My name is Malodore - though at the moment, of course, I must tend to my duties here. Perhaps another day?"

BLUE TENT AHOY
"Call Mort, Mort easy than full name. Is a zombie," he explained. "But not from born Halloween. Only been 'round for . . ."

He tried to pause and think on how long he'd actually been a denizen, but his mind was far-gone on the exciting news that there was a club for this video game. A club. Math went out the window.

"Yes to race, yes to race, yes to race, yessss club yesssss. But is fast only in game. Mort is sloooooow out of game." 8D;

He then perked as the poor doc finally caught up and nodded at his answers, though . . . "tome"? What was a tome? It sounded like "tomb" and "tone" put together, neither of which would sound like a good word to describe "comics". "Yes, later day! Can play Scario Kart with Mort and Moure," he suggested, moving his fingers on the other arm - they seemed to be responding pretty well as a testament to Malodore's stitching. "Is least can do for stitches. And can hang and show other friends?"

Green Tent

Bul's face grew dark for a moment and he growled to himself angrily. "I know the one with the Scythe. He was at the cove at the island and he also tried to stop us from freeing the students in the tent the first time we were in the yard.." he huffed. "******** a*****e was also there when.." he paused. "Either way I think he's someone pretty important up in their ranks."

Sighing a little he pressed his hands to his chin and leaned forwards. "Interesting... ah. Sorry to hear that. Perhaps it was better to get some rest though anyway-" a yawn finally escaped the half beast and his RPer did the same just by thinking about it. "Rest. That sounds like something I could really go for right now. My room is probably a disaster but I don't care I'll clean it tomorrow or something."

"Mort, then," Malodore said, bobbing its head. A made-undead, then? Interesting. It seemed to know more of those than of the born-undead variety like itself. "And, ah... certainly," it said, after a moment pondering the invitation. Generally it had not been interested in such things, but well. There was a time for everything.

"It would be my pleasure." It tied off the last reinforced knot. "There, now. Does everything feel properly attached?"

Green Tent

"Mort then. Well, nice to meet you, Mort the Zombie." Moure said genially. The excitement coming from the other undead was practically a solid wave. Moure gave a laugh, feeling himself growing more light-hearted from the zombie's excited antics.

"Alright, we'll have to race sometime. You can hit me up for a race whenever you feel up to it. My door is the one next to the, uh, the door that looks like it got hit with a flame-thrower." That was one benefit, at least, of being Christof's neighbor. It made it easier for him to give directions, at least. At the last comment Moure said, "I can give you some tips sometime, about the speed thing. I was built to Run, you see." Moure was very much so a fast undead, so helping other improve their running skill wouldn't be too hard, right?

Moure noticed the blue-skinned boil invite the cloaked figure to play the game, which was no problem for the Runner. The more the merrier, after all. Scario Kart was better enjoyed with real competitors, too.

Jove made no response as Chuppi moved his way, ignoring both her questions. It was debatable whether he heard her at all, or simply thought she was talking to someone else, his fluffy ears were unusually still. Normally they swivelled around to catch any little sound, especially if someone was talking to him, but the little ghoul didn't seem able to get his attention.

But she wasn't the only one, even when Malodore crouched down Jove simply stared straight ahead with a worried expression. His glance only shifted when the plague doctor stood to care for other patients. Of course, it made sense that there would be a veterinarian there for them, the scent of blood and burned flesh hung heavily in the air amidst the stronger scents of antiseptic and salve. Jove wished he could simply turn all his senses off, and float in a world so devoid of sensation he couldn't even recall the horrific day's events in his mind's eye.

The weight of LW's hand on his back barely registered in his troubled little brain, all the aches and pains, nothing. He just wanted to disappear until he was able to finally forget everything.

Her gaze fell back on the pup again. She wasn't sure anything was physically wrong with him, but mentally? Probably quite a bit. These sort of 'trips' tended to do that to them all. This one especially. He's probably still in shock. She thought. And she couldn't think on what to do for him, which was making her feel miserable by the second. His Jacking brother wasn't here! Which made her own insides squeeze and unintentionally, the hand gripping Tybalt's arm.

LW looked back towards Malodore, shivering a little. "I-If you can fix it here...I'd rather get it done and over with, Doc." And then take the pup and go...well she didn't know where. Maybe Tybalt should take him back to his room? And she...she would go collapse in her pillows. That sounded fantastic right now...

It's basically like a long slash that extends across her back, probably almost perpendicular to her spine. Not super deep but deep enough to most likely require stitches. :3 I hope this helps <3

"But of course," Malodore said, nodding to LW and moving to tend her since Mort seemed to be doing all right. It frowned at the wound it found on the werewolf's back - not too deep to have severed musculature, thankfully, but enough to require stitches. "I must clean it first; then, stitches. I can numb the area with a painkiller," it explained. "Will that be all right? You should also take some of this..."

It quickly got another glass of the medicine, holding it out to her; it put another one down next to Jove. The pup didn't seem too badly damaged at a glance but having the restorative couldn't hurt. "Try to drink, if you can," it told Jove quietly.

Green Tent

Not to worse for wear, Israfel had managed to get by relatively unscathed in the end. A few cuts and bruises... he was more emotionally in pain than physically. He was so done with almost dying. Done with watching his fellow students die. Done. Done. Done. No doubt close calls with death were not done with him however, seeing as he was still just a second year. One year left and he'd finally be able to not get stuck on death traps. Or just stuck. He’d learned to fly, and was slowly getting his voice under order even with puberty. (He was afraid of when his next molt would be. He was going to lose all his feathers, be ugly and have to hide for a week missing classes. So not looking forward to that come later in the year).

Even with Israfel’s worry and fears, his understanding of just why this had all happened… he was at a loss. So little was being said, so little was being spoken about. Would it just be like the island, like Christmas? Ignored and forgotten? He’d done it, tried to brush those somewhat painful, f not frightening memories down to block them out. Ignore the past. Ignore reality. What was he supposed to do? Live knowing that they were so weak they almost died? That they were just at the school to be pawns? It certainly felt like that at times. More than that… just what had gone on that he and his team members had not seen? Rumors and speculation would fly about, he was sure about that. But rumors and speculation were just that. Rumors and speculation.
No solid answers. No solutions to the puzzles. No finding out just what was in that jack be damned box. (It was going to haunt him for a while. Boxes were MEANT to be opened Jack damn it!) Oh well. Next time he was stuck in a house of death he would open all the boxes. Just to make sure and so he wouldn’t be bothered by them in the future.

Earwings fell back as he wrapped a bandage around his arm, his coat still torn and in need of a replacement. It was too far gone to save, (RIP coat). Another school outing another outfit ruined. Yet another continuous theme aside from almost getting killed. Wardrobe issues, (true he caused some of them himself, but he was being mopey and depressed. He was mentally omitting facts. Typical Israfel). Picking up a spookie, (oh jack that was a good spookie), the sound of familiar voices caught his attention. “Malodore?” he called, wondering if the plague doctor was around. If he was around maybe Riley was. And Riley was bound to know something. She always knew things. Like that- oh wait. That had been tent talk. But she knew things. Maybe Mal would know them by extension. His ear wings flicked around, trying to pick up other voices.

Natalia tried to follow the conversations as best she could, placing a hand on Mort's shoulder when he begged her to stay, lifting a brow curiously at the mentioning of some ghoul character from some book, passing a welcome smile to all the introductions being made, offering her own quickly. "I am Natalia, by the by."..However, the topics were far too inconsistent for the monster to keep up with, and while she did seem to be trying her very best to follow along...--There was something on her mind.

Or, rather, someone. And it showed.

For only a moment did the ghoul seem to shake herself into reality, focusing on the voice that suddenly rose to her ears. "LW?" Oh! Oh! It was the were-ghoul! How had she missed her? "You look as beautiful as ever!" It was probably not the first thing that should have come out of her mouth, but it was true. LW looked fantastic, regardless of a few cuts and bruises and...well...from Natalia's position, she couldn't exactly see if the werewolf had any broken bones--but she was ALIVE. Beautiful and ALIVE! Shuffling in her seat, moving the bits of Mort that she still carried around, her shoulders hiked in a shrug. "I would hug you but I am kind of holding on to a few things for Mort." Even if his arms were working well enough now. "I am so glad you are safe!"

Her smile spread wider when the younger pup beside her registered. Natalia couldn't pin a name for him, but she had seen him with Renaissance at the festival...and wasn't he beside Ren when they were filing into the haunted house? To the ghostly pup, Natalia waved. Perhaps if things got better between the gryphon and herself, they would be formally introduced.

If they hadn't been already...

Speaking of Ren..."LW, have you seen...erm...your boilfriend?" She scanned the many faces filling the tent, concluding for the moment that he was not in sight...and that Whisper was also no where to be found.

GREEN TENT

Savior had been shivering, whining, when finally the people she had been calling for came to her side. West had come out and Savior had initially flinched at the sudden appearance, her hands pulling themselves up and her fingers splaying. When West left and returned with a sheet she'd lowered her hands and whined once more, looking at him the moment. The pretty scarf she'd been wearing was long gone, replaced by a pink dress and then a spookie and then burns, so what was this thing West had? "Wut this. Klose." She tilted her head and was about to pull it around herself when she stopped, looking over to Holly.

The Marrowstripe clearly looked relieved, even though she'd been calm around West; it was likely because she could still smell herself inside the Ghost and no longer had any scent in the demon boil. West's face and voice was familiar, he was of no threat and she loved him, but there was a sense of comfort to be had in her own scent approaching. "Wut this. Eats." Savior reached out and took the spookie in her hand, pulling it close to her mask and holding it at the level her nose would likely be. There was the sound of sniffing before she used her other hand to pull her mask back, though she hesitated and looked back over towards the boil. "Savior need klose. Puts on."

She wrapped the sheet closer around herself, looking like a little burrito.
