(And also, pff, don't worry about not replying last night. =D)
I sometimes pretend to pay attention to movesets in game, which means I occasionally will breed certain moves in or toss Heart Scales at the Move Relearner, but I definitely can't say I agonize over them by any means.
But yeah, I would say the four-move rule isn't in effect here, in most cases.
And it makes more sense to describe what an attack does than call it by name.
There's not a whole lot of difference in method from a water gun to a hydro pump except the force involved, for instance, so it would be silly for a pokemon to know how to use a hydro pump but be unable to water gun--and they're effectively the same thing, so why be so specific?
I would just limit the number of out-of-the-ordinary moves that your pokemon knows, just to keep type advantages fair.

I found it at a local used games/cd/movies store, and the cashier was all, "Just making sure--you do know it's not in English, right?" and I was all, "Yes, isn't that awesome? =D"
I got it back when I wasn't really at all familiar with Japanese, though, so I didn't get very far.
I've also got a Japanese version of Pokemon Ranger, but it's such a dull game that I never got into it at all. =P *not impressed*

xD! No, I don't. Lilith said it was alright, since canons had outnumbered OCs by the time I filled out a profile. x];;
But with canons now dwindling in numbers, I don't mind picking up one. <3 I was completely scared to played a canon because I'm not good at keeping character. xD;

Oh. o A o! I've never RP'd anything Pokemon. c:> This is...literally my first RP with Pokemon. xD; I didn't know about the number of moves/certain moves don't translate well in RP form. xD;;
I guess this means I can do some revisions to Atera's team. . v .! I just thought since it followed game canon, there was the limit of four. xD;;

I think I talked to Lilith about the moveset thing way back. Emili's version makes a lot of sense. c: The only thing that may be surprising about Nenna's team is that Aron knows a lot of the moves it gets at later levels -- because it is quite high-leveled, but has an Everstone under its armor. It's going to be a little BAMF when it evolves. (Really, I just like cute Pokemon. xD And it fits with Nenna's training as a breeder to train and nurture them as far as possible before evolution. Ralts, meanwhile, know hardly anything, because she hasn't started training with it yet.
But Hydreigon's so good at eating everything. ; u; *ruffles its fur*

Atera, oh okay, that makes sense!
As for the Omega pokemon, Emili and I have been discussing that :] If anyone has any input, any Pokemon they think Omega might have, then they're more than welcome to share : D

Hope everyone noticed I posted a sticky with the post formats in the main forum.
You'll want to grab the photo used in the cast list to use with it--if you have a different image you like better, run it by Z OMG or myself and it should work just fine. =D
I'm currently working up a three-character format for those of us with more than a couple characters.
I don't think anyone would need to use more than that at once . . .
We'll be throwing something messy at you guys shortly.
