Soshi Genkotsu: Shougai Kata [Elemental Fist: Assault Style]- The power of the Jutsu would only be that of an equivalent to a Ranked B jutsu since it uses that amount of chakra. The actual strength and speed of the user is vague and therefore the speed of the technique will only be as fast as the Rank of the user and if their speed is magnified by the Taijutsu class. Consider Rank vs class. Taijutsu class users are faster in their Taijutsu than non-Taijutsu class characters. First, it increases the overall offense and stamina of the user, as well as bolsters the user down with an increased length Chidori/Katon: Go allowing for a focused Taijutsu attack using the hands. The users body takes on the property of Chidori allowing their Taijutsu to cut through almost anything. It also gives the users body a Raiton/Katon base meaning that anything weak to Raiton or Katon would be weak against the users Taijutsu in this state. Second tech, that is fine.

With great thought, and medical study he has discovered a way to make himself better. With this technique James modifies his senses to a hightened level and slightly changes his sensory perceptions, allowing him to sense medical features of the living things around him. James can hear heartbeats, smell pherimones, notice skeletal anomolies, and detect blood chemistry all through his sight, hearing, and smell like that anchient doctors of old. Directing Poison in the blood- James takes the information biosense gives him and puts it together. Irregularity in bloodflow, noticed by visual veins and arteries, dieing tissue, exhaled toxin counts, a small open cut, a needle entry wound. James basically looks at all the parts and hears how they run, smells the output, and that tells him whats wrong, like a mechanic with a car. Broken bones- Are visible to most people, but James would tell irregularities in bloodflow by sight and sound and blood chemicals through smell. emotions- hormone and pheremone levels would make it easy for James to tell the emotions and attitudes of a person. Along with body language and visual clues Im not a doctor, so its hard for me to explain, but with enhanced senses and a medical degree it is possible. James is really beyond a medical degree. James will need to focus on a person to get there specific details, but be able to get general details from general focus. just like regular senses. James may be able to hear everyone's heart beat but if he's foucused on one it won't matter. Distractions are still distractions. If you have ever seen Alphas on SYFY then its like the one guy who can do the physics in a split second but only with medicine insead. James brain works on a different level now. is this example satisfactory?

Description: The specific sword, Greased Lightning, is swung downward, sending a thin lightning bolt forward, cutting through many types of things. [Cuts through steel objects up to a 3 inches thick. 10 meter range, straight line.]
A contesting jutsu of the same rank will halt it's movement, still cutting through thin objects, and a higher ranked will dissipate the technique entirely.

Technique Name: critical mass
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsubloodline
Element: maruton or bloodline
Description: a tendril threader can only extend there reach 3 times there height so this jutsu is limited a bit. by surging chakra thorough out his tendrils Aki selects many and then leaps into the air a bit. the chakra will surround each tendril selected and that tendril will become something close to steal. the tendrils will lash out like a bull whip in all directions making something close to a ball. the tendrils will either depending on how they were set up pierce all around them and then vibrate at a high frequency to the cut through most things or if the user wills it so the tendrils will stay soft and wrap the object he desire for other purposes. the tendrils are space out so there isnt any dodging room between them. the only hope is to jump back at of there range really fast. if to close not even a substitution jutsu would save the person targeted. even the sharingan users would be pressured to deflect this attack and not take any damage. typically the tendrils will stab flesh and hold them that way. its the vibration that does the most damage. while vibrating they become significantly sharper and rend flesh from bone. steel armor would save a victim from a lot of damage but the impact would still be damaging. not to mention there are always areas of the body uncovered. to sum up the attack is mainly for flesh soft flesh at that so anything covered by steel would be safe and maybe a hard leather armor to.

Description: This technique can only be used on Sumi Bushin, Choujuu giga, painted sky, and custom technique sumitou. By doubling the chakra it takes to use one of these technique shiro can put a very thing coat of chakra around his artwork or sword. This chakra protects his artwork from water jutsu the same level of the jutsu used. Meaning a B rank choujuu giga can take on a B rank water jutsu as if it was a maruton. While a C rank sumi bushin can’t fight a B or higher ranks suiton technique.

Description: (with use of proper hand signs and any contact with the individual on the plain of the five senses can this be performed) This ability can use knowledge of the chakra channels of the mind to confuse ones senses with one another. Making the relive oran responsible for this sense transmit one of the five sense to the wrong neural receptor making one see sound, or feel a smell. This technique can work to confuse and or aid a fighter who has a failing sensory organ and have another that better works at it's job fill in and insist to improve this senses use in the user. Playing both a benefit and deteriorating role the strength of this Jutsu is according to how fast one can adapt to having your eyes perception of like make you smell that light instead of properly seeing it and seeing what abstraction of sight visually seeing smells would hold. In terms of switching any sense with sight, the visual seen will become some surreal abstraction of what lengths that organ perceives the world unlike sight. This can further diver pain into a bad smell or sharp defining sound. Last for two turns

@Haji: I'd like a definite rank on that first technique, but the other is accepted.
@Drizzt: Please make that a little easier to read.
@Zero: I'm a bit iffy on that technique, seeing as it takes away the one weakness of the Ukyo bloodline. I'd like another mod to come look it over as well before it's approved/denied, although I will say that I'd rather see it as an A-ranked technique for learning purposes.
@Reaper: That's a ******** and a half. I'll accept that as long as no other mod finds something wrong with it.

Zero: I agree with Anonymous about reducting a bloodline weakness as well as the rank. It's better off as a high level technique if it's able to sully a critical weakness.
I see the idea of increasing it's defense, but not to the extent of parring equally against your weakness with every other technique you pool out your chakra on.

Qastor Sugino- Overall offense and stamina can't be gauged in the guild. That's why we use chakra and jutsu ranks to compare power. You are also telling me that it gives the user chidoris. You need the actual jutsu to perform chidori. Also what do you man by Chidoru/Katon? Katon refers to fire based jutsu.
I suggest you simply describe the user having his Taijutsu attacks either powered by Raiton chakra which allows them to have a cutting effect in their attacks, or Katon chakra taijutsu attacks which gives them a burning effect. It would also require you to have both elements of course.

Snow Armor- Describe the strength that the armor would have with each rank increase.

Eliminating your Bloodline weakness is unheard of, my friend. Perhaps a slight resistance. Suiton techniques will be one rank higher than your ink jutsu already so I would rather not play with it unless your alright with using one of your eight custom jutsu slots.

It gives my bodies taijutsu fire element and lightning element it depends on which attack I am using at the time Chidori or Katon: Go. I was saying it makes Chidori and Katon: Go last more than one post, it extends their length, doesnt give them to the user, I may have mistyped it and you misunderstood it. It does essentially what you just said, maybe I typed it too fancy.

Be activating both Katon: Go and Chidori Howaido extends the power of the techniques to enhance his taijutsu for an extended period of time. Any taijutsu attacks used during this technique can be of either Raiton affinity or Katon affinity depending on which hand that strikes. When hit with Raiton Howaidos attack will cut through anything, when hit with Katon his taijutsu will have a burning effect. Thus said any techniques used against Howaido in this state that are weak to Katon or Raiton cane be easily over powered by his attacks. While using this technique he cannot perform Ninjutsu that require seals. [5 Post Limit, Pays 25 Chakra each post.]
