Description: The user will create flames around their hands, and attack the enemies like that. The flames can also be launched out a bit, giving about an extra foot of distance.
Name: Fire Dragon's Flame Elbow (火竜の炎肘 Karyū no Enchū)
Rank: C
Description: The user will create a flame at the back of their elbow, which propels their fist forward. Despite the name, the flames can be created at the back of the foot, which propels the leg forward as well. This can give the user a devastating attack power.

Takashi walked into the Training Grounds, winding his right arm. He had a lot of work to do, mainly his clan's techniques.
First on the list: Fire Dragon's Claw, a move he'd previously worked on before his grand appearance at the Hokage's Office. Takashi took a deep breath, then clapped his hands together. "Karyū..." He reared back his arms, then lunged forward. "no Kagitsume--" An explosion silenced him. Too much force behind the attack.
Now for a second try. Again, he did the same thing. This time, nothing came out. Not enough fire power. Now this was becoming... irritating.
Third shot. He needed to find a median, something in between nothing and a lot. A wide gap, but he was convident. Again, he charged his fire, and let loose the attack. A small amount of fire came out. Now he was getting somewhere.
Fourth shot. Now that he new the balance needed to perform the jutsu, it was time to see what it could really do. He added more Katon and slightly more chakra. He figured it was three fourths element, one fourth chakra. Through this balance, when he let loose the attack, a giant flame erupted from his hands, but didn't harm him. He looked at it with joy. "Now that's what I'm talking about."

Okamiken Tenchi ((Thought they were Taijustu attacks? Plus their bloodline)) you only get to learn C ranks for whatever it is your class specializes in as a genin. Also, you can only learn bloodline moves of your rank. Now, if the bloodline is divided into ranks and there is a C rank in the genin section, then you could learn it. Otherwise, only D and below on everything except one skill your class specializes in.

Okamiken Tenchi ((Thought they were Taijustu attacks? Plus their bloodline)) you only get to learn C ranks for whatever it is your class specializes in as a genin. Also, you can only learn bloodline moves of your rank. Now, if the bloodline is divided into ranks and there is a C rank in the genin section, then you could learn it. Otherwise, only D and below on everything except one skill your class specializes in.

((I thought that all but the Fire Dragon's Breath was Taijutsu, which Takashi is Taijutsu spec. If not, please say so so I can edit my training post to a taijutsu style))

Saiya had had her eyes to the ground, and didn't notice Takashi running in the direction that she had come from. What she did notice, was when she ran right into Takashi, and pretty much just bounced off of him. The blush set in her face, though it wasn't enough to cover up the bruise she had received from the man who had backhanded her. It was just under her left eye, settling on her cheek. Saiya was hoping it was dark enough to hide it, and made an attempt at a recovery. She created a link with him, keeping her thoughts off of what had happened. "Hello Takashi-chan, wasn't expecting to see you here."
"I'll follow you through Hell and back, level the entire shinobi world, or tear down the sky if you only wish it so."

Takashi landed on his rear, but otherwise seemed completely unaffected by the bump in. He sniffed the air, then nodded. "So it was you... but... never mind. Question: Were you recently.... attacked or somethin'?" He was pretty sure that the guy he just dealt with was one of them; he had the same scent as her, but now reflecting on it, he acted on impulse without considering he might have been... misinformed.
Without waiting for her to respond, he got up, knelt before her, and used his left hand to lightly comb her hair back to reveal the bruise. He nodded to himself. He'd been right. Thank god, otherwise what he just did would have been embarrasing. But he shook his head, somewhat disappointed. "You were jumped, yet you didn't think to call me? Damn, but since you're fine... who's blood...? I hope someone else isn't trying to steal ya from me." He grinned slightly, and then removed his hand, stood, and extended said hand to help her up. Blood was a hard scent to mask, even with perfumes and the like. It had a distinct... feeling about it, but rotting flesh was even worse. At least his nose could stand the first.
Lucky for the village itself, only the single hit was visible. Otherwise half the general population might have been lit on fire in the hunt. He might have just been a Gennin, but he was quick enough to do some damage regardless.

Saiya allowed him to do his examination, though in shame of course. She had frozen, when she could've helped herself. After a few moments of silence, Saiya spoke. "No, it wasn't my blood...and I didn't think at all." Saiya brought her hands up to her face momentarily, as if shielding herself from the world. "Aiden saved me, the man from the hotsprings..." She was content with feeling down and out, but his possessive words made her smile, she liked the ring to it. Saiya grasped Takashi's hand, and pulled up to her feet. His thoughts also worked a flame into her heart, making her feel all warm inside.

Water started to seep from the ground and collect in a designated spot. The water formed a disk about one in thick and 3 feet in Diameter. It was held together as if it was inside some invisible bowl, but all that to an observer would become irrelevant as soon as a Blue hand shot out of it and layed itself flat on top. The hand then seemed to push down as a arm slid out of the water then a second hand and arm. Quickly then afterwords Aiden pulled himself out of the puddle and shook the drops of water off himself. He failed to notice the others nearby as he dispensed the puddle back into the ground and flipped himself unto his hands so that his feet were straight in the air. He then put one hand behind his back and proceded to do one handed pushups while preforming a handstand. This not only accredited his balence and physical strength but also his mental fortitude as his eyes were closed and his face was calm almost as if he were asleep
