Morgandria iKillCaustic--uKillMe I remember you posted a link to the site you get your candles (the ones in the glass tubes) from...stupid me didn't think to save the link and now I can't find where it is... Do you mind sending me the link please? I don't think that was me - I get mine offline, at one of the dollar stores here in town. Bummer...thanks for that anyway... The search continues.

How did I totally miss this? It depends on what the artist has done and how people word things really. The image you linked isn't really that bad. Because really I don't see that as being sexified. Unless sexified means they have abs. If so then I'm guilty of having sexified images of Djehuty. If it starts getting pornographic then I start having a problem. That and when people start asking for images of "female Anubis" and you start getting things like this that I start get annoyed.

I think she means sexified in his overall body language. Yes, he's got the abs but he's also doing a sort of 'sexy model' pose with the deep set, half lidded eyes. It's not poryny but it does have a slightly romance novel cover look to it.

X-Yami-no-Ko-X I took the expression and body language a different way to be honest. Without looking at the artist's comments my first thoughts were more along the lines of "Well he looks kinda annoyed." I could see that. On another note, her Baby Anubis is kind of adorable.

cat_sweatdrop I'm not out to Annette's mom as pagan, and I don't want her to freak out anymore than she is for Annette and I being together- so I might have to go to church with her over Easter.

You don't have to come out as Pagan to avoid going to church. You could be an atheist, an agnostic or even a non-church-going Christian.
