Nova looked around at all the people who seemed to be staring at him. An uneasy wave of feelings washed over the vampire as he tried hiding behind his hand. He really did not like peoples' eyes on him. As he was introduced to the girl, he waved politly even though his mind was on the subject of everyone looking at him. He looked back at Mitsuki and the Mimi girl just as she seemed to hiss at him. Oh yeah... This was going to be fun. Nova would enjoy messing with the girl's emotions towards Mitsuki. He too loved the guy, so it was girl against guy to get Mitsuki. He grinned and leaned forward, extending his hand for a shake. "Nice to meet you, Mimi. I see you seem to like my friend here," he said and chuckled. His eyes met her as they narrowed, his smile kind. He whispered so quietly that he hoped Mitsuki would not hear him when he said, "But I'm sorry to say that he's mine." Well, not really.

Mitsuki watched as Nova kindly held out his hand. He looked around and noticed that people began to walk on by and minds their own business. Mimi looked at the hand and growled when she heard what Nova said. She slapped his hand away, "No Way! Lair!" Mistsuki looked as her then at Nova in confusion. Mimi notices this and nods, "I see.....Then Nova, I accept your challenge!" She annocunced in her childish way that caught everyone looking. "You and I will fight to see who wins Mitsuki's heart!" Mitsuki's face fell as he stared eyes wide at the two, "Huh?!" Mimi nods as she points to Nova, "I will see you later, so we can duel! This is war!" She turned and stomped off to class, but before she left she smiled at Mitsuki, "Bye bye, Mitsuki!!"
After she left, Mitsuki was left dumbfound; the look on his face was priceless. He turned to Nova, confused, embarassed, and oddly disturbed, "W-What just happened?"

"Well, I told her that you were mine, and she decided to challenge me to win your heart," Nova said and looked at Mitsuki. "You won't go with her, will you? I can bet that I love her more than you." He smiled and looked around. Great, she attracted more attention than when he first came. Why humans were so strange was beyond him. Sighing, Nova tilted his head and thought. So, this was the school his human went to. Just by sniffing the air he could count how many vampires went to the school. He shut his eyes and decided to count them all out. Ten? No, thirty. He grinned. "Mitsuki, you've got about thirty vampires going to your school. There are probably more, but they must be inside an out of range," he informed the human. He wished he had the super nose of a Bryony vampires. And then even the powerful eyes of an Achyls! He would be one scary vampire then. Kalika, Bryony and Achyls bloodline abilities in him all at once!? That would be awesome! He giggled with excitement and tugged on Mitsuki's hand. "Ooooooooh, you should show me around your school!"

Mitsuki sighed and patted the other head, "Please....I don't even like her......I rather be with you...at least you don't tackle me to the ground." His face turned into a frown when he heard about the vampires, "Well, I better watch out then...." He leads the other inside the building, "Come on...My first class is my favorite class...." He walked down the halls and to his first class. He opened the door and smiled at his teacher, "Mr. Zuski...." The teacher looked up from his book and smiled, "Hello Mitsuki. Please. Just call me Ryo." Mitsuki smiled and turned to Nova, "Nova I'd like you to meet Mr. Zuski. My English teacher. Mr. Ryo this is Nova." Ryo looked over at Nova and smiled, "Hello Nova. I see you've made good friends with a Kalika." Mitsuki's eyes widen, How did he?!

Nova waved to the teacher and looked at Mitsuki. "I told you there were vampires in your school," he whispered with a victorious sound to his words. He looked back at Mr. Ryo and grinned and pointed to the human. "He's mine. I'm so happy." He grinned and leaned forward, getting a good look of the vampire teacher. Great, he really could not tell which clan this guy was from. Was he really a vampire, or was he the human of a vampire? It was too hard for Nova to figure out, so he gave up and stood up straight again. "So, Mr. Ryo... Are you one or are you the human of one?" he asked, looking around the room and smelling the air.

Mr. Ryo smiled, "I'm from the Bryony clan. My wife, who also works here. Is my human." He looked over at Mitsuki and then Nova once again, "Good for you. You caught yourself a wonderful choice. Mitsuki is a bright kid." Mitsuki stared at his teacher he couldn't believe that his teacher was a vampire. He was dumbfound once again. Mr. Ryo chuckled at his pupil, "Shocking isn't it? My wife is Mitsuki's math teacher." He explained to Nova, while Mitsuki was still shocked.

Nova hugged Mitsuki tightly and looked at the teacher. "Well, I can't wait to meet your wife," he said with a grin. "And you know what... I've got a challenge from a human who wants my Mitsuki." He made a 'hmph' sound and rubbed his face against Mitsuki's. He wondered when their class was going to start and looked around. "Okay Mr. Ryo Bryony vampire, sir... Where can I sit while you teach? I don't want to disrupt class." He looked back to the teacher, the human still in his grasp. Oh, he would never let go of his human. Well, he would have to for school, but metaphorically speaking. He was making his own mind hurt. It had been too long, but he still knew a lot of stuff from all the past years of school he had had. Great! He knew stuff! He only hoped he would understand what the class spoke about. English, hmm? He figured it would not be so hard. Afterall, he had always recieved A's in the English classes he took.

(( Who knows. I'm gonna say. . . yes, and no. No, because he's acting like Jimmy -- considering I don't know how Jimmy Paige acts. . . ))
"Don't worry. You're bound to see in time. I've been a bit rough with you, but I can't afford to kill my food. . . "
He pouted slightly, then his features straightened into his drunken expression again. He tilted his head to the side, his hands at his sides and his back against the corner of the door frame. He smirked slightly after a minute, seeing as Icarus was simply staying where he was.
"You know, as much as you like it you can't stay here. It's not in any condition for humans to live in, unless you don't eat food, like dust and got all your tetanus shots."
He pursed his lips lightly, folding his arms over his chest, looking like a spliting image of the guitarist/singer that he wanted to be portraying.

Ryo nods and points, "you can pull up a chair and sit next to Mitsuki's desk if you want. Or take an empty desk." The bell rang and Ryo smiled, "Time for class..." He leaned over to Nova and whispered, "Relaxed, I can tell that Mitsuki really likes you." Mitsuki nods when the teacher said about class and pulled Nova along with him, he sat by the window and relaxed and watched others come into the class, "This is going to be a long day." Please make the day normal... But something told him, that wasn't going to happen.

"I wasn't worried." He truely wasn't and it really didn't matter to him at the moment. Icarus shook his head and exited the building, he didn't wait for Armand he just started in the direction that his work was in. "I like it because it would be good to paint."

Nova blushed and looked at Mitsuki as he was dragged away. He sat on the floor next to the human's desk, not really feeling like sitting in a chair. That was one of the things that got him in trouble in past schools he attended. Always getting in trouble just because he detested sitting in a chair. Nova listened to Mitsuki's comment and chuckled. "Days are long when you're alone. You've got me... This day will most likely go by quickly," he said and looked up at his human with a grin. He was just so glad to be with his human and no female around to try and steal him away. There was no way that would happen anyway! Nova hugged himself and pulled out a pencil he kept in his pocket and poked Mitsuki's leg. "May I have a piece of paper? I wish to draw while you're in class." He only hoped none of the kids would look at him strangely. There were plenty of reason why they would. One: He was sitting on the floor; two: he spoke like older people would. He sighed and looked at his pencil. It was a newer version of his favorite mechanical pencil, and he carried it with him everywhere. It would assist him in creating genius drawings. Thoughts of different things began running through his mind. Him as a child... A cat that used to greet him every morning in his window... Then he came up with one he loved. He would draw a picture of him and Mitsuki together and happy. Now came the planning part. He giggled softly to himself and looked around at the students.

Armand sighed in what most would have believed to be frustration. But some vampires had learned patience; he was one who had learned it halfway and no more. Following Icarus out of the house and locking it behind him, the Achyls vampire stepped lightly, as if trying to keep up with the blonde, swaying as if drunken. Slowly eyes trailed towards the odd bonded creatures, one appearantly not caring, one back from the dead and in his. . . well, usual drunk state.
"If you say so. I think it would be *hic* would be a bit strange. . ."
Bursting into a quiet peal of laughter as a old lady missed a step with her walker and fell over as she stared at him, Armand slung his arm lightly over Icarus. It looked as if he was leaning on the boy, but he was pretty sure Icarus felt nothing. It wasn't as if Armand had a correct body temperature yet. His body was just getting used to regulating the blood he was receiving and would have to work on temperature next.
"I'm gonna to into the shade as soon as possible. The sun-" His chest rose and fell sharply was a faked hiccup. "The sun bothers me. . . "

Mitsuki looks down and hands him a piece of paper. Once class started, he whispered to Nova, "I hope so..." He listened closely to Ryo's lecture, "So do you think that Grendel is evil? Now that you read the book and saw the movie. I'd like you all to share your opinions." The class was quiet and shown boredom, a male student stood up with glasses on his face. He grinned, "I can say that Grendel is evil pure and simple. I mean, they were born from evil then they are evil. Remember the story about Kane." Mitsuki watched the smug student speak like he owns the class. He stood up, "I disagree. I think Grendel is neither good or evil....he resembles traits like us." He watched the other student glare at him. A challenge between smart classmates.

Icarus seemingly ignored Armand and started to humm to himself a melody that sounded dark. He looked at the vampire when he came over but looked ahead soon after. "Okay." Was the only thing he said as he contiuned to hum.

The conversation sounded very much like vampires, but Nova could not be sure because he had never heard of Grendel. Literally vampires came from evil, the darkness of hell. Then the darkness was given to the Achyls, then they infected the other two clans. But, nearly all vampires from the two clans, Kalika and Bryony, were kind and not evil. Nova ground his teeth at the thought of the human speaking that way. How would Mr. Ryo be able to live through such a thing day after day? Trying his best not to burst out with a comment, Nova began his drawing, starting with the heads of both characters.
