Mess with the Sky...
Name is Vanilla 166. I've been in guild with him before, and he had the Rinnegan, and godmodded majorly with it. He got slammed down after pissing off the Akatsuki and another village, and he got our village destroyed.

...and be buried under the Snow! Wow, someone aside from the VC's and Mods that has the guts to use the Rinnegan. Xd. Gotta admire him, though. I mean, it DOES require a lot of RP skill and experience for one to be able to effectively use the Rinnegan.

Sanari Yanashi Why so many for a C ranked jutsu? I see 7 being more B We upped the post counts for all ninjutsu and Genjutsu to match those of the Taijutsu and Sword styles. Just do it in one post like: Blah [Whatever Jutsu 1/3] Blah blah [2/3] Blah blah blah [3/3] Shoot for around 5 lines of text a post. That's really not that much, and the post lengths encourage people to keep their RPCs and go RP, not just technique grind to where they are overpowered for their rank.

He doesn't have it, or at least he didn't a few weeks ago. The VC and mods of that guild took it away from him. Meh, if I'd known we could apply for that one as well, I would have in an instant. I thought it was full though, why I didn't.
