The wolf batted him away again. Useless slime. I will find my daughter myself. The large wolf spirit exited the tent, making it fall in on the seller. He then started to search the market, looking for his daughter's soul. And he was hard to miss. A giant wolf spirit, worthy of a King Soul status. All that energy was intimidating to all who couldn't rival it.

Maria's soul was currently sitting inside the necklace of none other than the very soul-stealer that had had the soul first. Maria's 'mother'

Luke soon sensed the presence of his daughter's soul, and smelled a familiar, vile scent. He then went over to the soul-stealer. You. Give me that soul. Now.

The soul-stealer shook her head. "You've stolen my daughter's mind and body from me. Is that not enough for you? Must you have a soul that she can never use?"

The soul roared at the woman, snarling. And what purpose do you have for my daughter's spirit? Return it to me. I know where you may find a child. Or all the spirits you want. the large spirit said, sitting down in front of the soul-stealer.

The spirit snarled and batted her down, knocking the necklace from her person. The King Soul quickly changed into his smaller form and took the leather rope in his platinum jaws before bolting off with the necklace. It made him feel so weak to be around the stone, but he made it back to the portal in time to spit the thing out and his spirit collapse back into his body.

Maria recognized the necklace in no time and quickly snatched it up. She looked at Luke in shock, holding it tightly. "What did you do to her?!" she accused, holding the necklace tighter.

Luke covered his ears, now back in his own body. "Please quiet down. All I did was knock her down. She's still alive." he grumbled, obviously displeased he ahd left her breathing. But he sighed and made himself sit up then up to his feet. He then left to see Ghost. Maria could wait. Kaya's soul could not.
Kisame sighed as she watched her son go. She then looked down to Kaya's spirit. "Go with him, my dear. Make sure he doesn't do anything silly."

Kaya nodded to Kisame, dashing off after Luke. Maria just continued to hold the necklace that she knew too well and pursed her lips, before turning on her heel and heading in the opposite direction that Luke and Kaya had gone. This was it. She was done with them.

Luke soon stopped at Ghost's door and knocked. He wanted his Kaya back. Maybe Maria wasn't worth it. She hated him anyways. The old wolf knew what hate looked like. Maria had it written all over her face and scent. What was the point. But Kaya... Kaya could mend his old heart and make him happy again.

Ghost opened the door, a sleepy expression on her face. She'd just gotten up from a nap, still researching ways to merge Maria with her soul. "Yes?"

Luke sighed sadly. She looked so tired. But he just had one thing. "I have recovered Kaya's spirit. Please.... Help me bring her back. Please. I will never bother you with such things ever again. Just help me bring my Kaya back." he asked of the necromancer girl, almost on his knees begging her.
