I had the same feeling today, Kerm. eek Well, mine does start at the beginning of the month so...maybe it's that? Also Sorce: Forgot to tell you that HHN had NAZI ZOMBIES. It also had the coolest opening for the tram maze (all zombies lined up with one zombie directing them. They all saluted their chainsaws and then tore through the crowd!! It was amazing! Everyone was standing around like....what do we do what do we do. XDDD) Then in Bill and Ted's they parodied the Bed Intruder guy. gonk heart SO AWESOME. Speaking of Bed Intruder....

It was great, but there were a lot of people even for a Thursday. it wasn't so bad but still....
House of a 1000 Corpses was really good, probably my second favorite next to Saw. I didn't go in Nightmare on Elm Street or Jason's because the lines were over an hour long (and every year it's the same anyway). The new Vampyre one was pretty cool; no complaints there. King Kong was only a 2 minute thing (which was cool except....very short. I wonder if they made it that short just for HHN?)
The tram ride was awesome with the Nazi Zombies. XD They shortened that too, I think, because you didn't have to do that tunnel thing at the end (where the tram goes into the tunnel and it twists around...yeah.) But the good thing is the tram isn't very long and not as crowded so they did a good job of keeping crowd control.
They also extended the park hours to an hour longer (2 am instead of 1 am for us) which I've wanted for SO LONG now because I never think there's enough time to do everything....but noooo my friends didn't want to stay. rolleyes Shoulda went by myself. ugh.

Seriously, it seems like they're leaving it a bit late this year, aren't they? Or maybe not; maybe it's just that the event forum has been up for days that's making it seem that way.

Hihi there -is new- . I'm kinda in a ranting mood so I apologize in advance for the long post.
Anyways.. today was one of those "woke up on the wrong side of the bed" day, although only one side of my bed is accessible (as the other is close up to the wall) Technically it started yesterday when I bought two games for my wii (trauma team and kirby's epic yarn) I realized that one of the games I had bought was missing. The next morning I woke up, noticed my purse was missing and turns out it was in my friends mini-van (no, he is NOT a soccer mom.. but the van is nice cause he can be our taxi driver 3nodding ) So I drive the 10/15 minutes out in the opposite direction of my route to pick it up. No biggie.. so then I head to the game store to pick up my game (for real this time). The store seems closed at first (It's 10:30 and the store was supposed to be open at 10) so then I'm mad.. so I pop into starbucks, look at the prices and deem them ridiculous and then I sit in my car for a while. When I start to head out I notice the store is open so I go in and get my game(a receipt wasn't even needed) Then I leave and I take one of my "I thought it was a shortcut and I'm too lazy to use gps" route back to school and take a half hour longer then I should. All theese things aren't a big deal but I had a test at one to study for (but I think I did fine) and the anxiety was growing... After school I decide I want to get my nun-chuck (and other controller) for my wii so I can play the game I got this morning (the other didn't require one) so I drive to my cousin's house for a freakin hour (the gps said it was only a half-hour) to cause of sudden downpouring rain and shizzloads of traffic. u.u I get there and well I didn't call but expected them to be home cause they're all a bunch of lazy bums. expect.... but they aren't there.. so I drive the hour back home and just wasted my time and money.. then to top it all off the other game is shutting off at the same exact point in the 1st level.. :/
tldr: Lot of little things ended making my day stressing..

Maur - I've done the shortcut thing before. Except I don't have a GPS, so when I wind up lost, I'm really lost. The layout of the neighboring town is kinda confusing and I always wind up making a turn a few blocks too soon for the interstate (I get in the left lane to turn left, but then a few blocks before my turn, you wind up with this sign that the left lane must turn left, so you wind up driving in circles.) I actually found myself on a country road to an ex I haven't seen in 10 years that way. DO NOT WANT.
I like Kirby. Is Epic Yarn fun?

Hehe I was like that before.. but asked my dad to get gps to prevent being completely lost... cause I get lost easily. Ah that sucks about the ex : c.
It is fun and freaking adorable.. only problem is it's ruined (and I just found the scratch upon closer inspection..) I got it used though.. apparently they don't have any more used, so I'mma ask if I can just pay the extra 5 bucks for a new one..

I don't normally get lost. If I take a "shortcut" that doesn't pan out, I can normally trace myself back to where I originally got messed up. The only time I really got in trouble was when I was about an hour away from home and this massive downpour hit. I couldn't see crap and I had no idea where I was going. I think I finally asked some little old ladies at a Taco Bell how to get to Borders so I could find my way back. And missed the turn two more times. sweatdrop
I don't have any room for a Wii. I need to decide between a PS3 and an X-Box 360 now that the prices are a bit better. I wanna play the new Castlevania. (Listen to me. I have about 6 old Castlevanias I need to finish, but I want the new one. But Wolffy said Mathias is in it. crying )
