Ever chuckled as Ares started running as well. She hoped Aurora would join in, too. Why not try to have some fun with an approaching war coming? Anything to keep yourself from going insane with worry...
Moments later, Ever saw a small purple bird-like creature zoom over her head. She covered her head and ducked on instinct, but when the bird stopped in front of the library and transformed back into Aurora, Ever smirked and then ran the rest of the way to the library. She laughed when she got there, breathing a little bit more heavily.
"Score one... for the shapeshifter." She smiled at Aurora and then at Ares and Altan when they came over, too. The three of them were pretty neck-and-neck.

((Uuuuh, I never actually wrote Aurora getting to the library or shifting back. Just saying! It's cool for now, though, since it wasn't anything big or whatever.))
Aurora smiled and nodded her head. "It is an advantage to be able to shift form at will."

Sam looked away shyly as she spoke about her father. Yes all those things were true, but then again he was probably older than this teacher. Though, Sam had soon learn to not judge on appearances ever again. "My name is Samantha Adams, ma'am, but I'd like it better if everyone just called me Sam."

((Just figured it'd be faster in moving the scene forward than just making a post saying that Ever continued to run to the library. I figured Aurora arrived at the door and transformed back. I wouldn't do anything big. But thank you for telling me.))
Professor Markums nodded and smiled. "Alright, Sam. It is very nice to meet you. Everyone, please make Sam feel welcome here."
She smiled at the rest of the class and then turned her head back to her familiar.
"Now let's see how much some of you remember. We'll review and then those of you who have yet to find a familiar can interact with the creatures in the pen again."
"What type of creature is my familiar?"
A young girl raised her hand and after Professor Markums called on her, she answered, "An Automaton, Professor Markums. It can change into nearly any metallic object."
Professor Markums smiled and nodded. "Exactly right. Very good, Jenny."
Some more review questions were asked and new subjects were covered. Then, it was time for the class to either interact with their own familiar or to interact with the creatures in the pen if a student had not found their familiar, yet. Professor Markums opened the pen's door and led some students into the pen.

Ever laughed. "Yeah, I guess so. I remember when you flew out of my room one night in one of your forms, the night the group of us were playing truth or dare, and you completely beat all of us to the lake. It was awesome."
She walked into the library and whispered to the other two as she walked toward a table. "I'm hoping to meet that new male elf here. I met him outside of Professor Rose's greenhouse, and he seems to have a lot of knowledge on plants, just like most other elves! I'm hoping he might teach me more stuff than Professor Rose will."

Aurora thought for a moment. "I do not believe he is new," she stated, "but I do think he has most often kept to himself before now, so it is possible that you had not seen him." After all, it would be very odd for so many new people to show up at random this year, would it not?

"Well," Ares piped up, having been silent till now. "Who's to say? Maybe when you see him, you can ask, Ever." Ares quickly grabbed a book and sat down with the girls. "Beyond that, what's he like?"

Geo had reached the art room and had set up everything to be ready for his next class. He then set up for himself in a corner and readied a canvas for himself. He then set up a rainbow of paints beside him and took a deep breath. He then pressed the brush to paint, and then to the canvas. And he began to bleed his soul and emotions onto the easel.

Ever listened intently to what both Ares and Aurora had to say. They made good points, and Aurora was right. Surely Raigin had been here before this year, or at least before this week. There were so many new people showing up recently that it was very unlikely Raigin was also new.
... Would Zeus have sent more gods to the school without informing Ever?
Nah! That would be too suspicious, and Zeus was far from stupid. He wouldn't raise eyebrows by putting a bunch of new 'people' in the same area all at once. Bai Ching just must be the best school right now! After all, Ever had heard some of what was happening over at MFHS. Who hadn't heard? That place was in turmoil with that young headmaster in charge. She was surprised that the one elven student from Bai Ching was still over there completing the exchange student program.
With all that going on at MFHS, no wonder Bai Ching was receiving so many new students and faculty! Bai Ching must be top dog, now! This thought made Ever grin brightly.
When she realized that she had been lost in her own thoughts and hadn't spoken for awhile, she blushed at Ares and Aurora from her spot at the table and shook her head.
"Sorry. Kinda spaced there for a moment. And Ares, I'm not sure what he's like. I only got to talk with him briefly before Professor Rose showed up and sent me inside. I'm hoping he'll show up here."

Raigin walked away from the teacher with a polite bow before heading toward the library. Arriving soon after he kicked any dirt off of his boots before walking in. Honestly he had never been here before.

{{I didn't used to change my avi at all. Just no desire to. And then I joined this RP a few months ago where our avi's represent our characters and what our characters are wearing. So I get to change mine all the time now! biggrin My character's in the hospital right now. That's why my avi looks the way it does right now. lol.}}
Ever's eyes lit up with excitement. "It's so cool! There are creatures there that we can interact with, but the best part is learning more about the different creatures and learning how to interact with your familiar more! Professor Markums provides a lot of one-on-one instruction during the second half of the class period as she goes around watching students either interact with their own familiars or the creatures in the pen. This helps since everyone's familiar is different. This is also why the class is an extra half an hour longer than other classes here. I bet if you come to the class, you might find a familiar, too. Just be careful of those god horses, especially the one with the red mane and tail. His name is Phobos and he is Ares' former horse, the God of War. He's not nice!"
Before she could finish, she glanced at the library entranced and gasped when she saw Raigin was there. She smiled brightly.
"You two, that's him! That's Raigin, the male elf I was talking about before."
She raised her hand and waved over to him, hoping to catch his attention so she knew where she was.
{{I just thought of this, but wouldn't it be funny if Ares, Yoru's character, became close with Ares's the God of War's former horse and that horse became Ares' familiar? LOL!! Just a funny thought. smile }}

And I'm sorry about the name thing, I didn't think to read too much into the rp beforehand and only really read through it the other night. ////;;; I actually choked on my soda when I read about that}}
Ares looked over at the elf that had just walked in and looked him over. "That's Raigin?" He asked in confirmation. It was his first time seeing a male having only seeing the female ones that went to school there.

{{And it's ok! It just adds another interesting element. If Ares does come back into the story, it will be really interesting and funny to see his reaction to there being another Ares around. biggrin }}
Ever glanced over at Ares and nodded. "Yeah, that's him. Isn't it cool how the male elves seem to be just as attractive as the female elves we have here in Bai Ching? Of course, I only really get along with Kember, but that's because she is a lot more interesting and has more of an edge than the other elves."

Seeing Ever waving to him he smiled walking over to where they were. "Hello again miss, Glad to see your staying out of trouble at least." he said with a smile. "So who is this?" he asked turning to the other two.
