Not all of Hell though, thered be like hundeds of damned souls and stuff. Ill let you all in on a secret- Satan has his eye on the Citadel for a new home, which is why Mugiri'happened' upon it xd All will be explained in due time though.

Satan is worthy of a flick, his souls but devouring, and the demons little use other then deployment to lower, abyssal planes. Hell is but a figurehead with no real power, much the same as the devil.

on your right side is a sharp drop off, and on your left side is an elephant traveling at the same speed as you.
Directly in front of you is a galloping kangaroo and you horse is unable to overtake it.
behind you is a lion running at the same speed as you and the kangaroo.
What must you do to get out of this highly dangerous situation?

Logic hardly holds it's own in such references. Unfortunately my suggestion to remove the high-arcs of multi-plane politics or at least ignore them wasn't taken into full consideration.
Unfortunately a majority of my suggestions are ignored.
