Use an energy shield, or just a ki blast to release your arms from the skin, and then continue fighting~

Really? I though with my hands locked by my sides I'd just blast myself, especially at close range but I could twist my arms around.

Ki blast is a ki blast.
You can launch it from anywhere, not just your hands.
So just make a blast shoot from your body outwards and incinerate the skin that's eating away at you.
Otherwise you wont have any arms left to fight with.
I'm helping, because you said you wanted to find out a way. And that's a way.
I still think Echo will win, unless you suddenly show some awesome strategy or skill that makes me think you're taking the fight seriously.
