I know the argument/loud discussion is over on the whole 'Eshe is a Visored, so now she can't come back' thing. However, according to the current manga the Visoreds who were once not allowed back to the Seireitei are now back, and CAPTAINS at that. I think it should be more of an RP decision that Eshe can be allowed to come back, Hollowfied or not, but that's just my opinion. I hope I'm not gonna spark another fight. I don't want that. I just thought that we should be open to the possibility of a Visored not actually being part of the Visoreds, but of another faction. I mean, Atlas is trying to side with Arrancar and Quincy, so yeah. XD

Like right now, my character, the current Commander of the Visored's was a thought to be dead process along with others; after a great incident that occurred that started the Visored's. Cause back when the cause of the Virus that turned he and his allies, along with others into Visored's happened; he fled to Karakura after managing to gain control and took those still undergoing formation with him. The other being left behind, specifically Tea's character. Now as standards go, she is an unintentional traitor to Soul Society, cause this hollowfication practically took her by surprise. Now as for Miriam, we've already passed that can we let it go. (->3<-)b
Edit: Also the reason why I said it'd be unlikely for it to be a crime to be Visored, is the soulful fact that everyone would want to be a damn Visored. You'd see more than the actual faction could own, because free flow. Besides, you can't become a Visored without dying unless you actually meet a higher leveled Visored to train the character going through the transformation.
