Not to mention there isn't really a need to put a label on your sexuality anyway. When people ask me, I usually avoid the question or say something like "Idk, I'm open-minded" or call myself Alex-sexual. I've never really found a label that meant exactly what I wanted it to mean anyway >.<

The way I was raised, sexuality was meant to be black and white- with no shades of grey. Definite. /feels really stupid now . . . . biggrin But thank you!

Don't feel stupid! I feel pressured to put a label on mine, too, sometimes. But it's really none of anyone else's business anyway =P

Don't know why, but I experienced a lot more self-loathing than usual today.
Apparently I'm going to finally be seeing a counselor a week from today. Hope we can get my brain fixed up before I pull the trigger.

I joined college at 16. Ever since I joined, my grades have never been lower than a B-. I just checked my average for Math.....67?!?! And I know it's not my fault, I've done all my homework, only missed two days of class, the one test I missed I made up as soon as possible, and I even went to the tutor center. Tomorrow I'm going to my advisor and telling her if she has anyone signed up to take this woman's class to switch them to a better teacher immediately. scream

Is it petty for me to be jealous of the attention that other people around here get?

Jedi Sasquatch Is it petty for me to be jealous of the attention that other people around here get? Well . . . you're saying you want more attention in a secrets thread. In other words, you're whispering. If you want people to pay attention, you can't whisper. Like, if I'm bored and nobody's on, I'll go on zOMG and wander onto a random screen where people are sitting and I'll sit next to them. Like on top of them. And join in the conversation as if I'd been there from the start. It's fun. =D

I don't, not unless I say something outrageous.
Like, if somebody else said that they were feeling depressed in this thread, somebody would say "aww -snuggles- it's okay" but with me, that never really happens, unless I say that I'm going to kill myself or something like that.
And I get why. It's because you guys don't know me as well. Yet I still feel a bit jealous. And I get the feeling that that makes me petty, but that's still the way it is.

That's been on my mind lately, and you made me feel better about it <3 And Jedi, I know how you feel, but you just have to butt in, get to know everyone well. It's easier to try and help when you know people better, I think. Whereas, just right out the door you post something, people don't know how to take it, you know? Like, "does he want responses, or is he venting? will saying this be rude or too forward?" run through my head sometimes. And I really don't chill in the secrets thread much, I try to keep up and make sure people are doing okay, help or commiserate if I can, but I second guess most posts and comments I make in here, so it isn't lack of empathy, I just dunno what to say or how to say it pretty often. And I don't think that's unusual.

That's why I was afraid to post this in the first place. I thought there might not be much of a point to it. Because I understand that it's not really anybody's fault here, it's just how things are.
But I guess I figured that since this is the secrets thread, nobody is going to judge. Hopefully I was right...
