Actually I just plan to have the armies match each other in strength.
After all, I find this ironic coming fromt he group that will eventually have armor that blocks pretty much any form of physical attack. rolleyes

Ideas that characters presented at the conference will not necessarily get put into play, bud.
The electric response armor needs a lot more development before it works.
As if it's an issue for you anyway, mr. sonic and plasma.

The plasma cannon's uses and it's drawbacks have been employed on countless occasions prior to this debate. They were never found to be overdone, in fact several people in the BC simply shrugged them off. I wouldn't be surprised if the Citadel's compliments easily managed to combat such a thing.

Soon we'll see, eh? Well plasma has already been heavily used against the citadel. Obviously there are new defenses against it. Indeed we will.

Oh yes, it's the ion blasts you were focussed on disrupting. Still, the defenses of the Citadel regarding plasma don't have to be all that great. It's a rather close range weapon.
Really, it's just a blessing I don't purposefully overload all those mini fusion reactors.
But that's besides the point. It'll be fun to see the lightshows both our competant minds can come up with.
