pawntakesknight Drago_the_Blackrose SO I am pissed...Because There Will be The MosT genins Ever Promoted because I can't make a decision...There will be an unpresdented 5 Chuunins This year,... whoa....5? damn....how do you go around picking chuunin? ive wondered how you actually worked this out. 3nodding names out of a hat. . . j/k. we just look over everyone and decide who did best in the exam and would make the best choice for the next rank
