Divine Water Method - Absolute Zero

A technique first said to have been created by the Yondaime Mizukage, who mysteriously disappeared a few years ago. This attack was an advanced form of the Hyouton bloodline that had previously almost become extinct. It was said that the young Mizukage had been able to make an area so cold as to stop time itself. This phenomenon was the stoppage of all molecular movement bringing the temperature to previously theoretical level of absolute zero. Due to the young age of the Yondaime Mizukage, the youngest Mizukage in the Water countries history, the skill was limited in it's range and put a huge strain on the user's chakra even more so then the Makyou Hyoushou skill that made that clan so deadly. Though it's range for the most part was limited to the area around the user's hand it's effectiveness made up for the lack of range. The Yondaime Mizukage used the Skill as his absolute defense and offense. With it the Mizukage could stop almost any attack and had even been known to be able to freeze a shadow in place. The attack became deadly if it came in contact with an opponents body. With a single touch the Yondaime could cause the water that makes up the majority of a human's body to freeze, causing all the fluids in the touched area to freeze into crystallized forms causing the afflicted area to explode as the the liquid expanded past the point that the skin could hold. Though the equally young Akuma may have stumbled upon the this mist Kinjutsu at his current level it's effectiveness is even more limited then that of the previous Mizukage.

That part makes no sense
ice cant freeze time if thats the fire would speed time up
and you kill your self in the process when you did that attack
(Also miroku it is proven that when air is pushed into your eyes you begain to get sleepy cause your eyes cannot open more and you fall asleep
thats why people have googles when sky diveing)
but the freezeing time thing makes no sense due to
when frozen like in a ice block no air can get in so everyone in the area dies

it may stop the persons body in time but not time

Ace I Use to take medicine which when I hit Hot Air I fell asleep Not cold So I've had experience and they where goggles because the air can harm their eye's not to put them to sleep ....

lol... conventional temp in measured in Fahrenheit so of course it drops below zero. below zero in Fahrenheit isn't really that cold. Absolute zero is at 0 kelvin I believe. Theres no such thing as a negative kelvin, once you get to zero the temp has reached its coldest. Scientists haven't been able to reach absolute zero in reality yet. Or one of the other temp measures. Anything it touches oxygen, earth, water, blah, blah, blah stops.

fire does speed up time or heat/molecular motion does at least. If your constantly hot your body ages faster. if you notice the part you bolded has no mention of what my current character can do. True, I can't stop time completely, everyone on earth would simply die if I could. Wherever my hand goes time stops in it's wake.

actually they have a point. at below freezxing temperatures where nothing living can survive time still moves forward so if you wree to try that you would die long before you succeed. . . and even if you could than you would just be frozen there forever. . .
