Krin:
You continue to have no problems and can already easily slow down the flow of the mana in your body. It feels like you really did always have this ability but never did anything with it. The energy seems to be the very essence of nature, like it is something you've felt your entire life without realizing. Your mind's eye starts to envision this energy as being green for some reason, but you can also detect a white energy coming from yourself as well.

Neeché:
It is difficult to do, but you eventually get yourself calmed down and refocused. You feel that your heartbeat has increased substantially, but you also notice a sort of fiery, passionate energy flowing along with it. From what you know, this energy you feel inside of you is mana, but it feels more like this energy is trying to control you instead of letting you control it.

Mystra:
You feel the energy start to flow towards you, as if drawn to you. The more you focus, the more you come to understand all of the mana around you. Each one invokes a certain emotion and has a unique feeling. In your mind's eye, you can even faintly see the colors coming from the energies. There are so many of them mixing together that you can't focus, except that you notice a large presence of red mana coming from Neeché.

Everyone:
"As you become more focused and aware of the mana inside of you, most of you will come to sense a color coming from it. The color of mana found inside you is an embodiment of your spirit and your personality. For some, this energy will feel natural and welcome, but for those that are not comfortable with who they are, your mana can end up trying to struggle with you. Learn to accept yourself, and the mana inside of you will accept your control as well." The Mentor says, this time taking a more informative and instruction tone instead of a calming one.

I try my best to think of my werewolf side without feeling fear or letting its primal hunger and rage consume me. However, the very thought of the beast quickly makes me lose my resolve.
I can't do this...I...no... I think.

Everyone:
Starting now, we will have a new player joining us. For the sake of convenience, we will continue on as if this character has been in the class the whole time and has simply not done anything noteworthy yet.

Krin:
The green energy you sense seems to embody the element of earth and plants, but you can't determine much else about it. The white energy seems to embody light and feelings of morality and loyalty to others. If these energies represent your emotions, then perhaps accepting yourself involves accepting the concepts that these colors represent.

Neeché:
As you try to think about your werewolf form, you briefly come to understand it's true essence. Your werewolf form is an embodiment of red mana and the passionate, emotional essence of fire. However, as you start to doubt yourself, this feeling starts to go away, but at the same time you can feel the desires inside of you starting to subside.

Mystra:
You notice the red energy from Neeché starting to subside, letting you more clearly sense all the other mana around you. You can sense all six of the colors that The Mentor talked about. Judging from where you remember everyone sitting, it seems that Neeché is mostly a source of red mana, Krin mostly has green and white, Tekira has mostly yellow mana, Lyv is also a source of yellow mana, but for some reason Ore-ore doesn't have any color of mana coming from her, as if perhaps her mana is colorless. The multitude of the different colors of mana mixing together makes it difficult for you detect anything about it other than the color itself though.

Valden:
Throughout the meditation, you've had a tough time focusing, but you have so far been able to envision your own bloodflow, causing you to notice a certain energy flowing through you as well. This must be the mana that you have been told about. So far it is difficult to tell what exactly it is, but with more meditation, you should be able to attune yourself to it.

Everyone:
"Now, keep yourself focused on the mana inside you until you are comfortable with controlling it. Keep your breathing steady and focus on moving the mana in your body and separating it." The Mentor continues on saying. "You won't need more guidance at this point. Once you feel comfortable with your own control over your mana, we will be able to move onto the next stage of the training. Don't feel rushed, we have all day."

Ever since I came through the portal with that Planeswalker yesterday, I've been feeling fuzzy-headed and disoriented, just drifting through the first day. In the morning, I had just gravitated to an empty table, and then into the first desk in the classroom. After drinking the provided cup of tea without even checking it for anything odd, which was odd for me, I slipped into a meditative trance. This should have been simple, but it had been hard to concentrate even on that simple exercise. It felt like, all around the visualization of myself, there was a sort of fog, which was finally starting to dissipate. I haven't managed to sense anything beyond an energy flowing along with the blue blood in my body yet. This is far more difficult then I was expecting, so I change tacts for a moment, trying to push away the foggy feeling in my mind, to breath out whatever was causing the disorientation with the breathing exercises the Mentor had said to use.

I breathe slowly, in and out, placingmy palms on the ground, feeling the earth.

He nodded and stared at his hand opening it and smiling, he remembered what his race was and there purpose, "I understand, I was made to protect others, as I was with the forest which i was born into" he whispered to himself and clenched his hand as he smiled and then tried to do as the mentor said, starting with the green mana, thinking it would be a lot easier.

I smile as my mana finally accepts my command. I try to do as The Mentor said and control its flow through my body, focusing it to my hands.

Krin:
When you open your eyes, you realize that you can still detect the mana even with your eyes open, though it feels less like you can see it and more like you can instinctively sense its color. When you try to move the mana in you, you at first have a difficult time of it, as it seems to just continue flowing through you in a cycle no matter how much you focus. However, after a while, the flow starts to slow down and the green mana begins separating itself from the white mana.

Valden:
As you peer into the mana with your mind's eye, you realize that you did not notice the mana's color at first because it is as black as night. The energy feels malignant and selfish, willing to steal anything from others for the sake of its own benefit. The mana seems especially powerful, capable of killing creatures with little effort, raising the dead from their graves, or stealing the life force of other creatures to heal yourself.

Neeché:
You find the mana's flow surprisingly easy to control, as it flows to your hands quickly and effortlessly. The presence of all that mana in one spot of your body causes you to physically feel warm and tingly from all the raw power. As you were told, this concentration seems to be having an attractive force already, as you can detect small streams of red mana flowing from the ground and settling in the air around your hands.

Mystra:
The mana seems ready to accept your command; the green mana in the ground around you starts to pull towards the area underneath you, giving you a bit of a tingly feeling from having that energy so close to you. Almost immediately, you notice a small mass of various different colored mana coming towards you. The presence of multiple mana colors in it suggests that it is indeed an animal, but you have no way of telling what exactly it is with your eyes closed.
