Mandy sat up frowning when Rain snapped at her. "Hey Chill! I didn't mean any offense, I was just talking about the combo, Zombie-Pirtate-Robot-Ninja-Alien. I mean if we have the Ninja and the Pirate where isbthe rest. It's not like I know all that much bout Zombies right? Sides if you can have Zombie Squirells I assumed you could call other things like that!" Jack. Why did she even bother trying to be nice and join in the banter. This is why she usually avoided interaction with others.

"F7.. is.. another... HIT," she spat each word out with her teeth grinding. The ship was a mess. Women and children were being rushed to the unlifeboats and the pirate ninjas were busy burning to death. The ones that had managed to escape the flames unscathed were attempting to put it out.

"That wraps it up for this round. You did well. Perhaps too well," she started, giving each of them a serious look while tapping her fingers together like a villain. "The Destroyers will not go down without a fight. Accept your victory for it will not last. Colette, Simone, your prizes will be announced and awarded when the rest of the ship goes down. The Battleship hosts many goodies. I will leave it at that."

Saddened by the loss of the reindeer named Dasher (oh how nice a color his bones were) Sheeki floated to the back of the cabin and sat down and tuned everyone out. Of course, not before pinning his paper to the chair he had been sitting on earlier. He wasn't going to play the next round- he was too upset.

Well, this train sure was shaping up to be something much more entertaining than last time. And wasn't Jackb just the cutest asleep? He kind of resembled a cat and Belladonna felt a small stab of want for her Binx, but that could wait. They were all going on an adventure and wasn't this just fun? Indeed!

Now that that strange bushy-tailed man had left Belladonna felt as thought things were going to really settle down.
"We have another hour and a half before dinner... I'm taking a nap!" She issued forth, as though proclaiming that everyone else take a nap too. Jackb was already asleep, so why not her? It wasn't as easy as the last time to fall asleep, trying to position herself so that Jack wouldn't be moved from her lap, but trying to lean on something. Eventually she ended up with her head against the bottom of his shoulder, glad just to be leaning and cuddling with someone and finding it further soothing to curl her fingers in his hair, petting him at first until she began to nod off. And with that she drifted to sleep for a little bit.

"I agree. That's why I wanted to be student council president. I don't think we are all that different from one another in the end. But it's hard to fight the way things have been for so long. Many of the races have hated each other forever, I'm not even sure if they remember why. It just seems to be the way things are." It would be nice if there was a teacher that tried to teach about all the races so that there was a better understanding and hopefully acceptance of one another.

"Thank you for the compliment. To be honest, I've never done anything like this before. I've never been in charge, I don't know what it's like to be in charge. I haven't been at the school for very long myself. I think.. it's going well for the most part. I do worry about some of the things being said but I think if we all stick together, we should be fine." She really hoped so.

She stood up and began to clean up the game, making sure to close the box so no one would be able to peek to see where her Destroyers were. "Dinner should be served in a bit. I don't know about you guys, but I'm hungry."

And a hungry zombie really wasn't a good thing to have around.

Igneous woke up with a stretch and looked around her. All the other students seemed to still be asleep! The motion of the car certainly was soothing -perhaps that was why everyone was still napping. As she moved a shimmer caught her eye.

A silver seed? Where did that come from? When she went to sleep she has just had her notes on where to play in her hand. How very odd!

After carefully putting the seed in her pocket, she settled back down for more dozing. Maybe she would have more of those dreams of talking raindeer that could fly and shoot cannons at ships!

((sorry for the awol - yesterday was a bear at work and I was exhausted last night, will try to be here tonight for at least a little while, but earlier inthe evenings is always better for me)

WHAT IN JACK'S NAME WAS EVEN GOING ON?

Nevena had been watching in utter silence. Narrowed-eyed, teeth gritted, snakes all aflutter with interest. A reindeer? Talking about Sandy Claws? In their car? And then that teacher again. Entirely too suspicious.

She must have fallen asleep at some point, because she didn't understand a jacking thing at this very moment. The gorgon sister pointedly got to her feet after the two had hustled off, and was staring to pace around in the car, hands folded behind her back and snakes merrily hissing a 'hello' at whoever she walked by. Something was very wrong with this whole train ride.

"Who was that?" She snapped at whoever was closest, a finger pressed to her lips as though to keep her fangs from baring themselves. "What did they want?"

What the red-haired demon said made sense. The visitor did look pretty frazzled, maybe he was crazy. Colette shrugged the matter off and relaxed in her seat, not ready to succumb to slumber again. Instead, she was going to enjoy the view of whatever was outside the window; but a pacing ghoul caught her attention.

Colette was confused at the gorgon's mood. She seemed pretty annoyed, or maybe stressed, and right when everything was dying down. Her snakes were making a lot of noise too, she thought it must be a bother for anyone trying to sleep. Hoping to calm the gorgon down, Colette tried to help explain things. She tried not to sound like she was stating the obvious or testing the other ghoul's intelligence, but she couldn't really help but make is sound like so.

"Uh.. well. That was a reindeer. He kind of just showed up and wanted to play. The guy with the bushy tail though.. he might just be a chaperon, I guess." Colette shrugged, "I mean, he told Dasher that he needed to leave and then mentioned something about being stuck watching first-years."
