Rotor noticed the collar and smiled, "Don't worry. Shadow will not hurt you anymore. Consider yourself free from him." He nodded.
The others started to drag Shadow away.

jewle frowns " b-but.. he..." jewel looks scared as she shouts " but he wasn't hurtting me! " jewel swallows " I .. I use to be eggmans slave girl... I was handed down to shadow...he's taken care of me... he was.. only trying to teach me how to float..."

Rotor lifted a brow then chuckled, "No need to protect him anymore. Knowing him, he could've attempted to drown you. You may never know. That boy is very unpredictable. He is only trying to gain your trust, as what it seems. You got to remember that Shadow was the one who killed your family, if you don't remember no more." He pointed out.
The people took Shadow into a hut, strapping him against the wall with metal cuffs that weakens his energy, powers and so on. The arrow on his chest was taken out already.

jewel shakes her head " n-no thats a lie! ... metal sonic killed my family I seen it all happen I even have the scars to prove it wasn't shadow who killed my family..." jewel shouted staying behind the rock " and if he wanted to drown me.. he would have..." jewel shivers looking right at rotor

"Really? Funny, we saw that happen and we saw Shadow there as well." Rotor nodded, "You don't have to act like you care anymore. Once again, you're free. Now come with us and we'll help you."
"Rotor, sir!"
"Yes?" Rotor looked at the other.
"We found this." An echidna said and handed Rotor the green Chaos Emerald, "We got it from Shadow."
"Ah, marvelous! We can tell Sonic about this. Finally, this proves the emeralds still exists!" Rotor said, happily, "Please take this lovely girl and give her the best hospitality." He nodded.

jewel stays right behind the rock as she watches " but it was metal who killed my family" jewel comes out and points to her right shoulder " see claw marks....I was eggmans slave for 3 years... till he didn't want me any more...he told shadow to get rid of me.. but he didn't...." jewel blinks seeing the green chaos emerald " hey thats his chaos emerald....." she tilts her head " sonic?" jewel pulls out the button from her pocket " he's the one who snuck into shadows room and put this under my pillow" jewel said holding the button in her hand

"Let me see." Rotor took the button from Jewel, "Ah yes... it seems that Sonic was trying to save you. No matter, we can tell him that you are safe with us." He then handed the button back to Jewel, "Again, Shadow will not be near you anymore."

jewel frowns " but..." jewel sighs her ears going down " okay.." jewel didn't look all that happy witch might confuse rotor, sure she is happy to be free but she didn't feel all that traped when she was with shadow

"Erm.... that really depends on what Sonic wants. He is the leader of the Freedom Fighters and he wanted us to capture Shadow alive. It's not like he can die anyway. If Sonic says to have him put to sleep, then unfortunately, that's what we have to do." Rotor said, "If you want to see Shadow, go ahead and see him."

jewel nods slightly " okay... um.. I asked shadow once why he listens to eggman.. um he told me that he would get punished just liek the rest of the slaves if he didn't listen to eggman.. " jewle tilts her head " really?!" jewel trys to make her way around the people and going into the hut shadow is being held in as she looks at shadow " hi"

"..." Shadow didn't answer. He couldn't anyway since he is still paralyzed. His tuft of fur on his chest is bleeding as well since they didn't bother to fix it. Shadow couldn't move either, which is why he isn't struggling to break free.

jewel looks around not looking for a key or anythign shes looking for a rag as she sighs and rips the bototm half of her shirt walking up to shadow " you can't move now can you..." jewel frowns and trys to at least cover the wound up. as she sits on the floor " they aren't sure what they are gonna do with you... they are going to wait and see what their leader sonic has to say " jewel said looking down " um I want to thank you for not killing me and for being nice to me...."
