Leon looked at her. "I...I dont feel the demon. I feel kinda light headed." He took a step back adn fell down, still awake. He winced. "Woah.. head rush." He laughe dnad pulled her down next to him. "Thanks.."

Rei let herself get pulled to the ground with a weary smile, at this point she was very tired. "I should have done more, he really is persistent on taking you." She rubbed her eye with the base of her wrist, continuing to smile at him.

Leon smiled. "He wont when im with you, hes too scared to try." He laughed and lay'd his head back, closing his eyes.

Rei smiled at him as he laid back, she leaned against the tree behind her. "I would hope so, he scared me." She chuckled as she closed her eyes as well, breathing a deep sigh. "Hey Leon?"

Rei opened her eyes and stared up at the sky. "Don't ever change, you're a good person." She turned her head slightly to look at him with a smile.

Leon smiled deeply. He looked at her. "Thanks... you better not either..." He yawned.

Rei smiled back at him and put her hand on his head. "I won't if you don't." She rearranged her position to face him directly. "Promise?"

Leon laughed. "I promise" He let out a deep sigh of relaxation and looked into her eyes.

Rei smiled, content with his answer. "You can't break a promise y'know." She said softly, following Leon's gaze back toward his eyes. "Don't forget."

Rei tensed hearing his comment, blushing several shades of red. "Um.....thank..you?" Her expression showed mixed emotions and surprise above all else. "You're not...half bad, either." Her tone was slow and soft, hoping he didn't hear her she was so nervous.

Leon looked at her confused for a moment. He suddenly realized what he said. "OH! I'm sorry I wasn't thinking... youa re but I didnt mean to say that out loud..." He trailed off looking confused.

Rei continued to blush with a slight nervous laugh. "Don't worry about it." She adverted her gaze away from him, trying to think of something to say but absolutely nothing was in her head at the moment. "It's getting late, I'm not supposed to be out too much at night." She didn't want to sound rude or avoid the conversation but it was awkward to her. She then started to sit up straight slowly, drowsy and tired.

Leon frowned. He mumbled ot himself. "I totally ruined that moment..." He got up with her. " Yea... I guess it is." He frowned slihglty, not wanting to have to leave her.
