Not a problem. It just amuses me how inaccurate my okiya's list is. I'm sure the other okiya are the same.

I have a question which may seem obnoxious, but I'll ask it anyway.
I joined the guild a few days ago and posted in the okiya I was assigned to, the Hinohasu Okiya. I haven't gotten any replies yet, and I'm a bit agitated because it isn't too active. Would it be all right to try to retake the test and see if I would be a good match for a different okiya? I totally understand if I can't, but I just want to see if it's possible.
Sorry if this is a terribly rude question to ask, but... but... I really want to get started roleplaying! -jumps around-

I do not blame you . . . during the school year (aug/sept - may/june) a lot of people are busy with school. It's hard to get online and rp. Also, a lot of people have forgotten about this little guild sweatdrop . It's very sad, but it is true. People forget to role play it, so it just kind of sits and rots in their guild sections o.o.
Let me speak to the other mods about this and I'll get back to on it. ^_^

*frowns* I'm sorry about that pinkxchiffon. I know two people in that Okiya are very active: Akasha_Hamasaki and Foxxy Fox Demon. Akasha_Hamasaki is usually pretty active. Give it a vew more days, and if not, I'll talk too.
My okiya has a very updated list... XD I stay on top of it. I grade the tests and it's the head geisha (usually a mod) of that okiya's job to place them. ^^;;

Heh. Tora, you're in the Kazenotanpopo Okiya, correct? It's very active. X3
Edit: Strike that. There is a new post now, so I think I'll be okay. Thanks for all your help. ^^

Please remove your post in the tea house thread. You have not been sorted yet and as a maid (until you reach your 20 + post minium) you are to stay in the okiya. I'm sorry, but that's the rules. ^^;

I'm sorry to repeat the same questions and complaints over and over again, but we are experiencing some lack of activity in our okiya right now (Kanenokikyou). It's just me and another maid who are left rping, both having reached the 20-post mark. I've already sent in my application form for maiko, but have had no reply yet. Would I be supposed to pm my head geisha for approvement or should I just wait? And how can we get a little more activity into the okiya?

Am I allowed to take the placement test over again to change Okiya because the tsuchinobara okiya is actually dead and has been for a really long time... I've tried to help make it active again but it's ot working out.
Edit:
I also wanted to know how to go about getting an elder sister because Nitta said I could ask anybody and yeah..... sorry for being a bother.

@ Shymagical: Please be patient with me. I'm in the process of doing a lot of things at once while also trying to figure out another problem.
@ Algieba & YuriAoi: In honesty, I would let you do it because I agree it is not fair that you two have been very active in your okiyas and can be turned into maiko when no geisha resides there. Let me bounce the idea of the mods and get their opinion.
Please remember that we also have a life outside of gaia and there is a lot going on with us. Thanksgiving is around the corner and perhaps a lot more will happen over the break, who knows. Until then, give it time. Rome wasn't built in a day ^^;.

Ah, that one. I made that one a little while ago for the guild to use in the title banner for the guild. It seems that Nitta has not had the time to get to it and that's fine. She's been very busy lately.
