Mizu walked down a corridor absentmindedly, lost in thought. She was so wrapped up in her own mental realm that she was exceedingly surprised to find herself in the kitchen. She was about to turn back and head for the porch when a growl from her stomach stopped her. Well...lunch couldn't hurt...

Tora was still sitting beside mother quitly. "Would you like some tea, Mother? I'll be happy to brew some up!"

Serena drifted to the kitchen, also very hungry. She reached into the fruit bowl and took out an apple.

Rune stooded up and strchted "hmm,i'll go see what everone esle is doing" Rune said sliding open the screen door. She walked down the hallway smileing as she just figured out one of the dances in her book. She moved her hands as they did in the book,while she walked down to the kichtion. Not noticeing herself but she also was moveing the same way.

"Oh hello Onee-sama, Rune-chan!" she greeted, looking up from the pots and pans. "Could I get either of you anything? I was planning on getting myself something to eat..." She slipped an apron over her work-kimono, wondering what she might prepare for food.

Mizu Odoriko "Oh hello Onee-sama, Rune-chan!" she greeted, looking up from the pots and pans. "Could I get either of you anything? I was planning on getting myself something to eat..." "oh Mizu-chan hello,i'd like a bowl of rice if thats ok?,i'm not that hungry today" Rune said bowing she looked up with a big smile "todays great day"

"Of course Rune-chan," Mizu answered, scooping uncooked rice into a pot with water. She swilled her hands around in the pot and poured out the water, repeating the process again and again until she deemed the rice clean enough to cook. "Ano, Onee-sama, would you like anything to eat?" She set another pot on the stove and poured both clean water and clean rice into it before covering it and letting it cook.

Mother said no thanks to the tea and dismissed Tora. She bowed low and exited the room, closing the door softly behind her. Tora smelled something and sniffed. "Um," she said and followed the scent of cooking rice. She entered the room and saw Serena and Rune sitting at the table and Mizu bent over a pot of rice. "Um, smells deliciouse Mizu-chan! I'd like some, if you don't mind." Tora sat next to Serena. "Konbanwa Onee-sama Serena. Konbanwa Rune-san," she said with a slight bow.

Umemi could smell the scent of fragrant rice cooking as it wafted through the okiya. She decided that she would go and join the girls for something to eat and talk about their daily happenings and what they hope to aspire to. She entered the room and smiled at the girls as they chatted happily together.
"How are we my girls?"
She asked softly before seating herself next to Serena, she turned to smile at her.
"A very good day, yes?"
She asked Serena as she got herself comfortable, it was nice getting to know the girls.
