A frown darkened Kai's face. He didn't like the sound of this something they had caught the attention of... He couldn't shake the nagging feeling in the back of his mind. It was like he should be remembering something from his deep natural magic lessons but something was keeping him from remembering it. It was all so frustrating! He turned his attention back to Ayra, he'd look into the matter later. For now his focus was needed here.

Tanya was shocked by what Arya projected into her mind, not the first part, she had suspected some relation there... but the punishment that Arya received by no fault of her own. She nodded her head in respect as she took her own data pad. She couldn't imagine what that would be like, to be missing a wing, it would be worse then missing an arm or even a leg... to lose the flight that came so naturally to the winged races, how could they? How could that be seen as fair? And when she had nothing to do with it, how could the angels be so cruel? She hated this Jarrod even more this. She was not close or even friends with Arya, but she did have an amount of respect, and now even pity. To cause such a thing to anyone with wings that knows the joy of such flight. She hoped he suffered with his own personal shame, if nothing else befell him. However, Tanya did not show to much of this line of thought in her expressions, and she listened to what Arya said to everyone as well.

Arya could sense the discomfort coming from Kai, and then the anger from Tanya. "Tanya, it was something I chose for myself. They are family, I'm the elder sibling, you must understand this. What would you do for your clan in order to regain honor for it? Jarrod is a fool, I won't tell you otherwise. He will suffer enough knowing what I have done for his mistake."
Turning back to Kai, she glanced around at the rest of them, noticing that Natasya was already looking through the files on her data pad. She was always a quick one to pick up on technology. "As you know, our planet is surrounded by mana, our magic that we draw from. In a sense our planet is alive and so watches for it's children. The thing is, Earth is directly tied to us as well. We are sister planets after all. They have had periods of peace when we were at war. When they are conflicted, we are at peace. But this tie is weakening. We are both heading towards turmoil and soon we will encounter this.... being." She frowned and looked at the projection crystal, waving her hand over it with a grimace. Mars appeared above them in the glade, but there was something different about it.
"At one time, Mars was inhabited with it's own beings. Angels encountered them first and we had some residents there. However, they became consumed in their own wars eons ago. This conflict and screaming from the planet caught the attention of Bolygó Evő as we have come to call it. Or Planet Eater in the Common Tongue." She glanced to Kai's datapad, watching the holoscreen activate and start showing them about what had happened, information and statistics. "Bolygó Evő feeds upon these negativities, and consumes an entire planet of it's life. Hence why nowadays Mars shows signs that it could support life, yet no life forms exist there. The more hatred, conflict, despair, and life within the planet, such as ours with it's own mana and strong life force, the more delicious it is for this Bolygó Evő." She looked up to the projection of Mars with it's civilization intact, watching something black gather at one point of the planet, suddenly burning red in the center before it spread across the entire planet within all of a few minutes. This was shown while she was talking.

Tanya barely suppressed a growl as to what Arya told her. She wasn't sure exactly how the mind speaking worked, but she attempted to speak to her that way as well, focusing on the words in her mind, "I would kill him, only it would undermine your sacrifice, so I will not. Among my people he would have been put to trial and judged thusly. Punishing someone else for the misdeeds of others, related or not, holds no honor among my kind. Only small children receive such leniency." She was still watching what Arya was showing everyone else, she was very good at multi-tasking, so even in her anger and divided attention, she not only listened but herd and registered everything she saw and Arya said aloud.

All of Kai's lessons came back to him in a rush. Bolygó Evő. The opposite of their magic in everyway. It was death, destruction, sin, and the end of all. Kai shivered, he had been drilled about the old sayings. 'When twins of the sky join hands the Destroyer shal turn a jealous eye upon them. Skies will darken, life shal cease, that which was good shall be released into the eternal blackness.' His muscles tightened. If it were true, and Bolygó Evő really was heading this way... Then he was about to just lay down. There had to be a way to stop it!

"Thank you. Though Angels do not torture, I will interrogate him. He will feel his shame as if he were being stabbed. I couldn't let Nathanial and Yuki suffer for his stupidity." She gave up explaining further, noticing Kai's reaction first. Natasya's came second. Poor girl clutched to Sherad. "I know. Bolygó Evő is a story told to most. It is entirely possible that the cataclysm shall happen again. The time we have is short since the Marines with Jessica hold such hate among them. It will only draw Bolygó Evő's attention moreso." She sighed heavily, rubbing her eyes as she stood up strong, not letting the others know what had happened to her. Only Tanya and Kai would know. At least for now.
"The Angels are already coming up with some kind of solution, but it may take us a while. The trick is having less.... darkness in both planets. The humans I'm more worried about since they do have a tendency towards their darker natures... Some angel factions are trying to restart the war so I'm attending to that as well as my research. I urge you to speak with your governments if you can and tell them of this matter. We could use all the help we can get while we gather more data and come up with something. I'm sorry I can't give you anymore hope than that." She said softly, brushing her light brown hair behind her ears.

Now all of this did give Tanya something else to think about. She, like most others have herd the stories, in fact, the demons knew more of this then some other races. They pursued the darker natures most would not, seeking knowledge in the vilest of places, though few there may be on Telli Delon. Tanya had once read an ancient text depicting this creature, if it could so be called, in a most different light. Apparently some of the Ancients had been rather twisted, but despite that it still held some interesting information. Simply put, the demons had been waiting for this, with the deep magicks projected by this world, they had always known it would only be a matter of time. Tanya would inform her father if this as soon as the meeting was over, she hadn't left without some means of instant communication. But there was something she wanted to do first, but she kept it vague enough in her mind, focusing on other things, so that Arya would not pick up on it. She might try to protest, even if it was a good gesture.

"The thing we are going to have to worry about though are the Marines and their itchy trigger fingers. They've been dieing to wipe us all out the second their shuttle landed." Kai pointed out the obvious. "We're going to have to find some way to build a relationship with them before we break the news to the humans."

Zera snorted at Kai's comment about the marines "They are barabaric, there isss no reasssoning with them..." he hissed. He shook his head were he stood, preferring to standing than sitting. He seemed to not be disturbed at all by the tension in the air, but seemed to be more relaxed with it around.
Sherad sighed and looked at his scaly friend "All can be reasoned with, not matter how thick the skull is" he said, looking at the datapad every now and then. His arm was still wrapped in Natasya's, but he didn't mind.

Arya nodded, her arms folded over her chest, just glad that the bandages couldn't be seen by everyone else. "That is my main concern. My other concern is telling the humans of this matter. At least Jessica and maybe her assistant if anything." She murmured, thinking of the head marine with a grimace. "I would let them settle in more, since we have no idea if all of the marines will end up hating us for their entire stay. some may lose their prejudice though that is more than we can hope for." She said softly, twitching a little as she felt a notification from the angels. Sighing, she sent them a message that she was busy, but fine and would attend to matters later. She blocked all communication with them for now, only the most important would get through. She sighed lightly as she heard Zera, tilting her head as she looked to Sherad then.
"So any other thoughts on the matter? Should we tell Jessica or not? And all your datapads contain everything I've said so you can just show your different governments that." She let the projection crystal fade, having it float into her hand.
Natasya nodded once as she looked over the data pad again, looking up as she pressed herself a bit closer to Sherad. "I would just see how they are as they reside longer here. I can have some of my people come out for study. And the non-mischievous ones. So, maybe try to persuade, though when someone believes as strongly as them it's hard to tell them otherwise."

Tanya payed more attention to her data pad now, going through it as she listened to the comments made by the others. "Aren't the marines some obsessed religious freaks? Those are the most difficult to deal with" was the only comment she made on the matter. She could send the information on the data pad to her father as well, that could help get some more in put. She knew that as soon as the demons knew what the threat was, they would want all information possible. In fact, the big meeting of the clans, was timed perfectly and they could all discuss it.

"I think we should just keep an eye on them for now... See how they adjust and cope with us before we tell them they're going to die by a gaint planet eater because they decided to come visit our planet. The last thing we need to do is give the Fanatic Marines any ideas about attack." Kai stated, staring at his data pad. Something was nagging at him... something he had read along time ago...

Arya sighed heavily, they all basically agreed which was good for the most part. She folded her arms over her chest again to hide how her fingers were shaking from the strain she was putting on herself. "alright. So we shall just observe while we prepare. Should we tell Jessica though?" She asked, glancing around at them all before she dismissed them.

"If we tell her, she'll start acting different around the others. And they'll become supcious, they'll know something is up." Kai pointed out, noticing how Ayra was shaking. She couldn't hide that sort of thing from him, and he was going to make sure she got some rest even if it meant he had to kidnap her and lock her away for a few days. After the meeting Kai stood up and walked over to Ayra, placing a hand on her shoulder. "You need to rest." he stated gently, his voice deep with concern for his friend.

"What about her assistant Priya? She doesn't really interact with anyone and no one takes notice of how she's acting. I was watching her earlier, she was concealing stuff I'm sure." Natasya offered, still curious about the human since something seemed off. Normally she could see almost an aura of light around a person, but from Priya she got a very weak one. And the only other time that this had happened was when she saw a friend of hers after a war and he had a bionic arm. His aura was diminished.
Arya tilted her head at what both of them said, remaining quiet before she shook her head a little. "Good point Kai." She murmured finally, sighing as she turned attention to Natasya then. "No, I would hold back telling any human. Not until they are more settled here. This meeting is adjourned. When we get an update on Bolygó Evő I will send all the information to your datapads so please keep them. If you lose them they will immediately come back to me. Go talk to your governments, and rest. We can talk more later." She nodded to them all, walking a bit away from the circle they had formed, sighing as she rubbed her temples with one hand.
Looking up when Kai put a hand on her shoulder, she gave him a quick smile, bowing her head a bit. "I know. I was going to head home and talk to my siblings to find out more about this situation with my people. I'm not going to stay up all night, ok? If you must come along to be sure I do get some sleep, by all means. You know my home is open to you always Kai." She replied softly, relieved no one had inquired about the fact she hadn't shown her wings once at this meeting. Well, Tanya had a right to know in a way so thats why she was told.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jessica had come out of her home having heard the crashes from the marines training with each other. She sighed, glancing up to the night sky and the group of researchers still examining some of the animals that remained. "Alright! Call it a day everyone and go rest! You can analyze your data tomorrow. I want a report from your supervisors so I don't have to through all of them." She waved to them all, seeing all of them nod and smile to her. She smirked a bit, glancing around to see Priya come out of the medical tent. "Accident?"
Priya nodded once, glancing herself over, some blood on her clothes. "It was a vegetation that was like a vine but it was sharp and cut someone. It was getting upset from the tree's getting knocked down." She murmured, bowing her head to her superior. "Shall I go take a look at what the others have covered?" She asked softly, cocking her head, violet eyes looking up to Jessica.
Jessica frowned, she didn't like to hear about the destruction that Brother Mathias and his men seemed to be causing. "Yes, please do that. Help them clean up and organize and such. Thank you Priya." She said softly, patting her on the back before watching her go. Then her eyes locked onto the marines, her composure calm and collected though she was getting rather annoyed. She heard another crash from a tree falling, her hands clenching at her side. Walking over to them, she stood next to Brother Mathias, not seeming to care how she had to crane her neck to see him. "Brother Mathias, can you please have your men watch their surroundings? I would rather we not destroy the landscape. After all we are guests here." She put emphasis on the word guest, she knew he didn't like the beings here, but he should at least respect their hospitality. There was a slight edge to her voice, covered over by a sweet tone.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In a remote part of the planet, there was a cave that had fluorescent glowing crystals, lightning sparking every which way in the large, bottomless chasm that stretched out beyond the opening where stalactites and stalagmites grew long. They extended towards this opening, making it almost like an observation deck without any glass. There was a chamber deep within this mountain where thousands of crystals carved into the same shape, silent at the moment within the room. Then the crystals began to hum a melody almost, the controls on the chair in the center of the room on the floor moving of their own accord. Normally nothing should be disturbing such a lonely place, but something was this day.
The walkway shot out, extending from the chair to the platform on the farside of the room, an elevator residing on that side. When the humming reached climax, a portal opened, the crystals making a high pitched sound that wasn't normal for them. Something shot out of the portal and landed with a loud clang on the walkway, an entity that seemed to be almost made entirely of black. Then two pairs of wings unfolded from it's back, a cloak rippling as it turned a crimson color like blood, the four wings flapping a little as the portal above it snapped closed. The air had grown cold, not that anyone would notice since no one was around. The hood of the cloak remained far forward so the face remained hidden from view. Boots thudded upon the walkway, heading to the elevator, an armored hand pressing the blue crystal on the panel, the metal creaking to life as it took it's passenger up into the cavern. The walls soon turned from stone to crystal, emitting it's glow as if in greeting to this dark figure.
The wings folded and settled, the head within the hood tilting a little as if listening for something, bowing it's head before the wings vanished. The dark angel glanced around once it arrived at the top, shadows rising up around it's feet, consuming the form as it knew it's destination. I'm home. The telepathic voice shot out into the night, a smirk rising to the lips of the figure beneath the hood. Now it was just a matter of surprise and observation.
