So, some female Jedi was apparently centuries old but maintained a youthful appearance thanks to being so in tune with the Force.
I always thought that is was only the Dark Side that affected a person's appearance.

I can't remember exactly and I only found out by randomly searching the wookieepedia.
She was a near human with pointed ears similar to Jarael, the Arkanian offsoot.
I'm trying to find her on the wookiee but I can't remember how I came across the page.

Found it. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/FayYou know, the funny thing is this makes Saria a copy of Fay, in regards that Fay never used a lightsaber in a fight, and supposedly never even carried one after her initial training.
