vampires have souls and they are still undead, its more of a biological principle than anythign else. I would say with souls, they are less dead, and more alive, but they are not alive, thus, undead, or unalive. up to you but it doesn't matter, what walks, looks and smells of the roten corps of a being long past its date is the loath of Nelphean.

Well, that leaves a small area up to debate. What should one classify a flesh golem as? It can/cant have a soul based on its design, and is made from rotting/preserved flesh. So what prevents it from being considered undead? Simple, the motivating force behind its animation.

We have to wait for responces, and The question of undeadness is one of great value to us. SOme things have a tendency only to affect the living, like, the removal of limbs and such.
WHy cut the arm of somethign tha doesn't know it has an arm to begin with...
Nerds like to debate this kinda of stuff.

yes I am proud to be nerd, a man who has mastered the art of the Calculus yet can still be a great writer of stupid and mindless violence. And so my trips to the flimflam must end, for the real voilence begins, time to go tohell and die.

Azaireal tried that, but he won. The hellions didn't like it verymuch, and they completely abandoned that section of hell. (in the christain singlular sense, it was probably a section of one of the batazuu areas in planescapeness)
And Nerd is actually the wrong term, like Aurahkah said, outcast is better description of me as well...
I am not mathematical and logic is for the weak... ok, I suck at math...
So, I can't say I am a nerd...
Just a lowly geek who pretends he's a nerd so he can fit in with some form of crowd...
Shrug.

I have... I have... my insanity to fill it.
Then again, they have that too don't they...
Is there nothing I am capable of doing?
Probably. I am human, after all.
