Repercussions of an emotional divide. Yin and Yang. you'll notice that Moon is the more calm, peaceful, loving type...onyx is a violent, aggressive, angry type.

Hey Holly, did you bake that clay squirrel of yours in a regular oven or a pottery kiln?

Regular oven. Ah, sculpy. A true wonder. Anything else?

Well I'm not using sculpty, it was a tad too expensive for me right now. Using just moist modeling clay. And thus it gave me instructions that don't include regular oven temperatures.
So, what did you bake yours at?

How much did it cost you? Mine was 11 bucks a package, and it lasted two sculptures.
350f (like...150C or something) for aobut a minute, then turn off the heat and let it sit in the oven for 10-12 minutes. If it's anything like sculpy, it will still be a bit soft when you take it out. Letting it sit will make it harden.
If it starts smoking....you should prolly take it out. ^^

Cost me 7 bucks for about 5lbs of the stuff. It's pretty good stuff too, works and molds really nice. The sculpy packs at my store were either little packackges for 5-10 bucks a piece or they were ultra light and such and so on and so forth. Better to buy what I got for the amount I need rather than four packages of the other to get what I wanted.
And duely noted...also no smoke.
Yes, I've gotten into sculpting again. I can't help but want to 3d this creature I made up for Lab from teh drawing I did.
