[OOC:] I suppose I'll address Chloe's kid, you get Yumi's? And I think I just survived the worst of it... When someone like me finds their favorite class of the day to be Physics, you know the apocalypse is coming... Anya soon went to bed herself, collapsing onto her side and waking Searan.
Maria sat on her bed, pondering over the idea of possibly having found one of her parents. But at the same time, hearing that her mother died in childbirth... Could it have been her fault? If she wasn't the last born, could she still have done some sort of damage to her mother that caused her to die? Still thinking these things over, the soul stealer sort of fell over, slumping into sleep.
Elsewhere in the castle, a candle lit up in a boy's bedroom. The boy yawned and stretched his arms over his head, having woken up too early. He ran his fingers through his black curls, and swept his eyes around the room, seeing if there'd been anything in particular that had woken the boy from his sleep. Jasper, or as he preferred Jazz (much to the constant teasing from his aunt Yumi and uncle Razz) was constantly waking in the middle of the night, and for no apparent reason.

[OOC:] Alright. And indeed.....
Once again elsewhere in the large castle, a young girl also with black hair, though very short and scruffy like her father's, she was easily mistaken for a boy. Though a candle lit in hers as well. When the girl looked around her room, the rabbit in the cage near the window was running around, making the cage rattle. The girl got up and went over to the rabbit, opening the cage and holding the bunny. "It's alright little bunny. Mama Myra is here." she hushed. Her name was Myra, but that was only a nickname. Her fill name was Desmyronia. A lovely name. But she preferred Myra. Shorter and easier to spell.

Finally, after chasing her kitten all around the room and succeeding in tiring them both out, Maria curled up in bed, her long curls falling over her face in a very Kaya-like fashion as she fell easily to sleep. [OOC:] Do we want to wait until after the whole Maria thing to introduce Fester's daughter? Or is that still even further off?

[OOC:] I'm waiting until after Maria.
The next morning Luke started to wake up. He didn't want to, but he had classes to teach, he guessed. He had lost track of time. He was always forgetting when the castle was on vacation or on schedule. If they were indeed having class, he was about to be late for his first class. Man he didn't want to get up. After he lost Kaya, his mind had gotten partially scrambled. But he was trying to keep himself together, and having relative success.

Maria woke up early, but she knew exactly where she was when she did, so she didn't rush to get up. She wondered to herself what they would do with her, since they'd so clearly figured her out in the first hour of her presence at the castle.

Kurow was also up early. He sat up in his bed, yawning as he waded through his pets to the door. Most of them were still asleep so he decided to get their food now so he didn't have to fight them coming back into the room.
So he headed down to the kitchen, not bothering to change out of his dark blue silk pajamas, yawning once more as he made the walk.

Since it was still early, and Maria could honestly call herself hungry, she carefully tried to leave the room.... But she couldn't. It was like there was some kind of barrier. She could open the door but not get out it. And then her little kitten immediately dashed out, meowing reassurance to Maria that she was just getting food. The soul stealer groaned, knowing her cat would get into a mess of trouble in no time.
The first part of that trouble was launching herself off a stair banister and into a boy in blue silk pajamas.

Kurow was still half asleep when he felt something latch onto his back. The surprise startled him enough to make his wolf ears pop up. The young wolf looked over his shoulder to find a little furball clinging to his silk clothing. The prince carefully reached behind him and offered an arm to the young animal to crawl onto and let go of his back.

The kitten glanced up at Kurow, and sniffed his hand a little. He smelled somewhat close to Maria, in a little tiny familiar way, so the kitten crawled onto the offered arm, mewling in the wolf's face.

Kurow held the kitten in his arms, petting the cute little thing softly. He resumed his walk to the kitchens, smiling down at the kitten as he entered the dining hall. "Are you hungry?" he asked in a quiet voice. Since he didn't talk, his voice was underusd, so it was quiet. And it was also early. Didn't want to wake anyone.

The kitten mewled again, quieter to reflect the boy's voice. She rubbed her head against the bottom of his chin as an answer, staring up at him with big green cat eyes. She almost looked like a drawn character with eyes too big for her head.

Kurow smiled as the kitten nuzzled up under his chin. He went over to the kitchen window and ordered the food for his animals, and some extra for his new kitten friend. He moved the young cat onto his shoulder as he took the tray of food, heading back to his room.

However, as soon as the kitten caught sight of the now closed door to Maria's room, it launched itself from Kurow's arms, grabbing onto the food that he'd gotten for the kitten, and dashing for the door. As soon as her padding feet were heard, the soul-stealer opened her door, letting in the creature, before closing it again.

Kuro watched as the kitten suddenly grabbed the food he had gotten for it and run off to another door. He felt kind of sad. He thought had had made a new friend. And one that wasn't tattling on him to his father. The wolf prince just sighed and went into his own room, setting the food out before crawling back into bed.

Maria cuddled with her kitten on the bed, petting the baby creature and listening to her purr. She wasn't sure how the kitten had found the kitchens, or gotten food, but she wasn't going to question it. She'd never get a straight answer anyways.
