That's bogus, the mods are allowing that? I'm surprised by guilds where the mods allow metagaming.

The problems are as follows
1) he's a VC, so I have to do this tactfully as opposed to fullblown ragemodo.... which is getting hard

2) his logic actually makes sense >_>


the only real defense I had was I never ever hid them in character; so my guy might have been lying when he said "I dont have it", since the only mention of a hiding place ever was over MSN; and if it's not mentioned in character, in the guild, it's not considered truth.

Well I'm rooting for you since anything over MSN or even PM's shouldn't be taken to account in a guild unless agreed apon by all parties.

He's stolen body parts from other characters and made his body as a puppet; which gives him their clan techs.... basically what the ANBU try to prevent happening in the manga xD

I'll save frustration and not give a number as to how many clans he's stolen via this method.
Suffice it to say he has Byakugan, Sharingan, and several other doujutsu all merged into one convenient eye because of how his custom body is worded gonk

So basically he's made the same type of character you see in every terrible fanfic.
Lovely. Well that's how you tell you're good players from your bad ones, the good ones won't make there characters God's... because honestly what's fun about having 0 flaws and doing everything better than anyone else.

Yep, that means your items buffing you and your jutsu buffing you only have their standard cost for sustained buffs (ie 1 use, unless combo'd for some reason, and the normal sustain cost rather than trying to use an item or jutsu to sustain a buff on you and another on your ally/summon).

Similarly though de-buffs that effect you also effect your puppet.

Now this makes sense with stat buffs and accuracy, possibly even most skill checks. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense however for things like toughness de-buffs, or something similar. However for the sake of simplicity "all" buffs and de-buffs that effect you effect the puppet (though not vice versa).

Woo, Prop 8 in California (the law banning gay marriage), has been overturned. About time a Judge finally stood up and said this was unconstitutional. Very proud today, the opposition does have 2 days to appeal. This means they'll have to push it to the supreme court, and if they also deem it unconstitutional that would mean that ALL states that still have a ban on Gay marriage would have said ban revoked.

Now I'm not certain who here is for or against Gay marriage, but might I say that this is a victory for our country should the supreme court agree with the judges ruling. Yes, popular vote in california (as well as other states) did state most people where against it, however that is irrelevant. There is no good reason to enforce this law, as you know religious views are not able to inhibit others rights (note churches wont be forced to marry gays either). The only argument that has been made outside of religious preference is that some claim kids need a male and female parent to grow up well.
However this study was never performed by any sort of official, on top of that we have plenty of kids that grow up with no parents which I can almost guarantee is more harmful than having same sex parents. As for the popular vote please note that in history slavery was a popular voted ideal, so was inhibiting women's rights. Only when a few high up government officials spoke out and used the constitutions equality rights did the popular opinion not matter (which is what we're seeing now).

Crossing my fingers we'll see a historic moment here in human rights.
