That's what ruined Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Linear, non-replayable campaigns. Once you win, you gotta start from scratch.

I haven't even beaten The Two Thrones, only made it up to about when you fight the 2 guys in the ring of fire.
I just got sick of it all.

Flight of the Undead...
Man movies are getting progressively shittier these days. Total rip of Snakes On A Plane, only they're zombies. The commercial for it alone is enough to disgust me.

Nelowulf But than again, it could be the one we've beeen all waiting for. That depends on what you're waiting for. And Des? Shut your hole before I sew it shut. Altair's no Hayabusa Ryu. Never will be. The Game only LOOKS Cool. Actual Gameplay will show it for what it truly is.

The commercial for it alone is enough to disgust me. 3:10 to Yuma was pretty good. I'd recomend you see that. Granted it's a remake of a 50's western but its still better than the vast majority of s**t in the theatres.

I've been wanting to see it... as well as D-wars, but that's solely for eye candy.

They emphasize graphics too much on games.
I enjoy retro games because back in those days graphics were crap, so theu had to make the game actually FUN to play to get people to want it.
Reminds me, one EP of AotS had Kevin talking to gaming " experts " and had them say what was important in games, and one of them said excellent graphics are very imporant, and between the 2 of them, I don't recall ANY mention of gameplay being fun is the most important thing of all.
Seriously, give me a game that looks better than reality but has no decent fun factor and I guarantee you it'll flop and be outdone by the 8-bit game that people enjoy every moment of.

That's why the Wii's doing well, the graphics arent that great but the gameplay is really fun.

Yeah, but it's not entirely the game because the whole design of the remote for it adds to the interactivity of it all.

Anyways, the point remains. The only true factor of a game to consider is how fun it is to play. Everything else is secondary.
Heck, that's why I play Second Life. There's no limits but your own imagination, and you can create stuff yourself if you know how.

When I buy a game it's useally an rpg, but I look for a great story as well as fun. I don't care much for the graphics. Sometimes that gets me in trouble though. I manage to do the same with manga, and not care about the art. Snakes on a Plane and then Snakes on a Train rolleyes No wish to watch either. Pan's Labyrinth was good though better than Mirror Mask, I wnet back to watching Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in all of it's dementedness.
