Aleksandr has no spiritual presence so finding him in the world will be impossible unless pure coincidence. Just an FYI.

Cause it's going to be story oriented. Nothings better than a good ol character and story development >:9 So like we find NPC Visored? Finding other rpc visored's Oh, I was just wondering since we have 3 in the guild. xD including me and you I think. There's others making profiles
