Aleks walked the new to his secret den in the cave. He set the light down infront of a ladder that led down into the cave. He looked back at them with a smirk.
"My name is Aleksander" he informed his new party, he then went to the ladder and sat on the first few bars. "This leads to the old water way for this cave it will take us to a bottom opening" he explained then began climbing down

Stopping near the ladder, Higeshi watched the man. He nodded when the man introduced himself as Aleksander. He still didn't want to stop untill he knew they were deffinatly in the clear. They had had too many close calls up to now and needed to get to that facility and resupply. Once there they could figure a plan out and what to do next.
Higeshi relised that he had been day dreaming and come too just as Aleksander finished what he was saying and started climbing down. Nodding, he motion to the ladies.
"You to go first. I'll keep watch incase anything comes along. Then i'll climb down once you two are at the bottom."

Elliotte stood and waited for Aleksander to get a good distance down the ladder then nodded at Higeshi. " I'll go next." She said and made her way down the ladder.

Lea glanced down the ladder, then to Higheshi "You'd better follow us as soon as you can." she said "Or I'm coming back up here and dragging your sorry a** with me." She said-obviously nervous about following this person. Higheshi was the obvious leader, and not having him lead made Lea uncomfortable.

Higeshi smiled at Lea. "Signal me with your flash light when you reach the bottom and i'll be down." He said slowly walking to the first corner from them and peering round the corner. He couldn't see anything, but he could still hear the faint sound of flapping. Waiting for a moment to try and determine whether the sound was getting closer or further from them. It didn't seem to be going either way.

Elliotte reached the bottom of the ladder, stepped away and turned to see where Aleksander was but couldn't see him. "Guys Aleksanders vanished." She shouted back up the Lea and Higeshi.

Higeshi heard what Elliotte said from the bottom of the ladder. Backing up and crouching next to the hole. He lent over it so he could shout back down.
"What? Any sign of where he went?" looking back towards the enterance to the alcove they were in he heard more noise. This time it was a lot closer. It sounded like a lot of small creatures scurrying towards them. Oh god. they know we are here. He thought as the shock hit him.
"We have to go, now!" he shouted.

Lea got to the bottom and flashed her light up at Higeshi, then realized what he said "Get your arse down here now!" She exclaimed. Her flashlight hit something suddenly "Wait, when your head's in there's a door to cover the hole!" She exclaimed "Close it so they don't find us!"

Turning his flash light off, he quickly and quietly fumbled his way to the ladder and dropped down onto it. Moving rapidly down, he closed the hatch behind him and dropped down. Reaching the bottom he turned and placed a finger to his lips.
"Shhh." He whispered to the others. "The quieter we move the more chance of escaping."
He walked through the group and flicked his flash light back on. Checking the tunnel ahead, he moved on.

Lea nodded and followed behind him 'Great, now we're trapped down here. Where'd that one guy go? He seemed to know this place pretty well...' she thought.

Elliotte waited for Higsehi then followed as he walked. "What we gonna do now? We havn't got a clue what is down here." She said.'I hope this isn't a trap.' She thought.

Higeshi Glanced over his shoulder at the girls. "For now, we keep moving. There's nothing else we can do really. Just keep you wits about you and try to find some sort of sign of an exit."
Turning round the next corner, the corridor opened up into a large area. A great space before them that look as though the only thing holding the ceiling up was the stalactites and stalagmites that had met in the middle to form columns. The room expanded further than the torch light could shine.
"Fun." Higeshi sighed.

Lea nodded and then glanced at her watch "Says it's almost 6. Maybe we should make camp down here, get a good nights sleep, then start up in the morning?" She suggested.

"Yeah. Maybe that would be good. You never know. Aleksander might yet show up again."
He looked around again and headed forwards. "I think it would be best if we stopped in the middle. That way we can't be cornered and attacked. We will have a better chance of survival if anything come our way."
Still checking all around as he made his way through the large open room. Though it does seem awfully quiet down here. He thought to himself.
"We'll stop till midnight and then move off. That should give you two time to rest up and eat."

"You need rest as much as we do Higeshi." she said "There's nothing down here, let's all rest untill the morning then start up again." she said.
