Oh, and my dear Dee, what, do your folks know of FA? If not, then you can still get on there even if you're not 18 yet. Just don't click the adds (that's if they're still on even on a younger account), and have tha mature filter setting on (so no naughty stuff), and above all, DO NOT FAVORITE MATURE RATED ANYTHING. It will result in a banning of your account for breaking the ToS. Tred with care, and even if you manage to find some ill-tagged work, jus' don't fave it and you'll be set. FA is WAY better then DA. Better policy, relaxed submission ToS, and actually works. If it had some of the little details like Furry Art Pile had, it would be the most best site for furry work. I would say Sheezy is better then DA too, dispite it sucking a LOT too though.

...and yup. I've seen people as young as 14 on the site. I've also seen in the forums of some of young folk foolishly lying about their age in their age thing and faving mature stuff, but they have their real age somewhere else. Some get banned, others have the works un-faved and an age lock is placed on the account. Furaffinity is like ANY art/net place. Tread with care, and watch yourself. And remember, the worse that can happen is to be banned from a place =P

I got the mature filter off and my age is 1 year higher than what I really am so I can view the stuff (Some artists, like bobbyhuskypup, mark stuff as mature (or whatever the blue background one is) because of something small like nipples showing on a fatty doggy or little stuff like that) but I'm smart about it and don't fave or comment on any of it. As far as the FA admins know, I don't look at the stuff |3

Yeah, that's the best thing to do on FA. If you're going to lie about your age, don't post your real age on the site, and never brag about it, or fave mature stuff. I feel it should be an honesty/choice thing, but thanks to internet nude law, naughty stuff (or just nipples) are BAD D=
