Nyu_Panda_King I already said Neoshin is more than willing to become an Alliance member. He told me before in pms. He will be my soldier. I remember joining dragos ghost elites but I told him that I would probly quit it because they are'nt with konoha, and sense i'm hokage I want to decline from them

i thought the whole ghost/alliance thing was done with? ( i wasnt around when it started and since ive been around ive seen no activity from it...so i thoguht that)

Leaf Ninja Souryuu Boufuusetsu - Twin Dragon Blizzard Character Use: Kazahana Dotou Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Special Note: Movie One Only Hyouton • Souryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arms to send out twin black ether-like dragons to strike his opponent. As they flies through the air they will begin to turn, creating a large dark tornado. Note that the manga establishes Hyouton as a bloodline limit ability unique to Haku's family. This means this technique conflicts with established canon concerning who can do Ice Element techniques. See?

I'll decide the demon thing later, neither of you are alliance right now, so I see no reason to give either of you the demon.
As for the Nibi, I think I'll give that back to Drago, he deserves it.

Also, there are many clans that border with another. xp But that doesn't mean they can do the others techniques.
