Once I named a villian after my toaster. All trembled in fear of mighty Silex and his terrible wrath!
I also like the name Dexter, but that has nothing to do with villians or toasters.
I don't actually have a serious suggestion... but you could always use hard consonants and long vowel sounds to make it sound villianous and tough. Like... "Raytor" or "Karvon" or something like that. Right. I'm done.

Zurgi Maple syrup is great. I went on this thing and watched them make the syrup and then they gave it to us while it was completely pure and we rolled it in snow because it was extremely hot *delicious* Absolutely fantastic. Yumyum. Maple syrup is swell and a must with pancakes ^0^
