Oh darn, but I found the perfect picture (had to edit it some myself) for him!

Idc, we probably won't survive long enough to see Light.... Which would be like 2016 unless we manage to conclude the story and kind of lock the dimensions from each other.... I have a good idea how it would start.
16ish years after the first story, an Arrancar (or maybe a member of a rebel faction of Shinigami that wants to return to the Shinobi verse) breaks sneaks into the soul society and acquires one of the 5 keys to the locks in existence. Then opens up the lock... They enter and find a shinobi verse that is completely different then that had ever encountered... The Akatsuki are destroyed and a new empire has risen up from the ashes of the smaller nations, one that is capable of destroying that of even the allied forces.
Another idea for getting back to the shinobi verse, a captain goes missing on a mission with one of the keys and either a arrancar or rebel obtained it, then unlocked the dimension.
Continuing, maybe there could be a faction of good arrancar the separated themselves from the original arrancar order, however, some of them still hold Espada ranks since it became more of a contradiction for the powerful arrancar.
As the story progresses, the rebel Shinigami will join the empire and maybe the evil arrancar..?
Kenta's first post could be of him remembering his mentor, maybe a childhood memory of Ayperos playing hide and seek with him or something like that. In the background, there's an old dusty wanted poster of Light. Then you could have it relieved that Kenta is the new Uzushiogakure leader, but not legendary like Ayperos so just an Uzukage. There could also be a chain of memories, maybe one with Kenta at Ayperos' funeral with no corpse in the coffin. Then maybe have Kenta training to master sage mode and his tailed beast powers.
Oziel returns from a mission, he takes a seat next to a statue of his father and leans up against it... Remembering his father.
Maybe, even have it where Uzushiogakure evolved a Uzukage statue system for Kenta and Ayperos.
Uzushiogakure could also be a more dull and sadder place to live, not because of Kenta's rule but because most of them witness the 'Prince of the Village' murder Ayperos, his father, and Eden, his mother. Even though it had been a few years, they still remember it like yesterday and is only held back from the path of revenge by Kenta's good leadership.
