I know your cells can like burst and like be useless with you drink too much water, but I didn't know your organs liquefy.
Uhhhh... Well, there's an easy way to tell but... It's kind of awkward...
If your pee is a dark yellow colour, you're not hydrated enough.

Lol. Sorry for the weird advice, but it's the easiest way aside to make sure.

Ja, I got lucky. The bus driver was kind of staring at my gauze wraps because I one on each of my elbows. The folks couldn't get blood on one arm and had to try again. XD
