sweet thats enough people that like the idea in my views...ummm as for how the tourny will work. I'm think just to make it fair for everybody from gennin to kage. It will be based upon creativity and roleplaying skills and not entirely upon if you win or lose the match. so God-moding will be strictly graded, and the chanced of you winning if god-moding are slim to none. yes winning the match helps your chances a bit, but more importantly being creative, and all that whatnot is the bestest. sorry im too tired to give a better adjective or noun i forgot which on it is. ANYWAY! EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!
