I can't stand stuff like Horoscopes, Chinese animal horoscopes, or any of that crap. I mean with the normal crap, assuming everybody born during a month mystically has certain traits is stupid. The chinese thing is even dumb. Most of the people my age don't fit the template for the Year of th ehorse... it's ridiculous.

Like I knew Durem would win the event from the start since Moira is the most popular NPC and she's with Durem, I also knew the 100k prize would be a piece of crap.
Most stuff with ninja was the same scare tactic. Most of the myths were made to get people to believe they were more bad-a** than they really were. They challenged the myths on Myth Busters like catching an arrow with your hands, running on water, etc. None of them were possible to do.
Ninja were stealth killers at best. Frontal confrontations were not what they did.
However, pirates are used to being public enemy #1 too, so they gotta know how to be sneaky in towns to avoid authority, etc.
As Cale said, they'd only ever meet on the seas, where the pirate would win because the ninja would be so far out of their element. The exception is if a pirate retires from the sea and moves far inland somewhere into Asia and there's a random encounter with a ninja. At that point the ninja probably wins because the pirate is no longer fit for fighting and pillaging.
Otherwise, it never happens at all. It'd be like debating whether Revan or Vader would kick the other's a**. They never existed together, so that fight would never occur to begin with.

Why the hell is Moira so popular? Because she looks like a Goth/punk Chick?
I mean, I understand why Sasha isnt popular. She's a ditz. But I dont see the appeal in Moira.
