ok wow Muppins your translation so much better sounding than firu's (Sorry) but its soooooo true. I wish I could speak french, because I try to say your signature and it sounds like terribleness. It sounds ok in english if you ask me i just can't hear french in my head X_X

To answer your question...yes, yes everybody in this guild is absolutely bonkers.
I have an impromptu little quiz for everyone, would you guys all enjoy a tournament of the ranks? best gennin in guild? chuunin? Jounin? Sannin/kage? winner gets 40k. top gennin fights top chuunin. top jounin fights top sannin. then winner from those fights goes on to finals? each top fighter gets like 5k-10k? does that sound fun?

Iruka pairing off everyone into squads at the beginning of the anime. Only pairs Naruto's squad, Shikamaru's squad, and Hinata's squad.
Iruka: Well, that's everyone that matters.
Random kid: My mom thinks I'm special.
Iruka: Ya, well your mom's a skank.
Random kid: At least I have a mom.
Iruka: Ah, touché.
And about the poem, that was acctually an online translation. I didn't feel like translating it myself.

A while ago Firu posted that Kashiim made some clones that checked around the village, and except for in the chuunin exams, he hasn't posted in Sunagakure since then. So the gennin assume he's missing.
