Question! When learning bloodlines, do they count as ninjutsu you've learned or is that something entirely different?

Why does the Bloodline Class (Genin Rank) have a two ninjutsu cap? It so small. T-T

Dainar Inferni Why does the Bloodline Class (Genin Rank) have a two ninjutsu cap? It so small. T-T As you rank up you get more ninjutsu slots. Anyway, You don't really need to get it if you're making a bloodline character. Bloodline class is just for when your character is focused around having powerful bloodline abilites. @Ruhi Yahoo! Shunkan no Hagane time owo. How come we haven't started the mission yet by the way?
