Final Halcyon You can carry a bit of it but can't smoke it? Well we're not going to just out and smoke it in front of cops. It's still semi-illegal, it's just that we can't get fined if we have under 5 grams on us. It's basically like speeding. You won't do it if there's a cruiser there, but you won't get arrested for it.
