TeaDidikai Nuri .....what the hell is going on in the Hellenic Community? What prompted the question? And is that hell as in hell-enic or hell as in the daughter of Loki? We have a rabble-rouser. He's stirring s**t up saying that Reconstruction is too obsessed with research, and that makes them elitest. He claims that Asatru has never had these sorts of problem. I think he's full of s**t.

"You expect us to know what we're talking about!? Elitest bastards!" Quote: He claims that Asatru has never had these sorts of problem. I think he's full of s**t. You'd be correct. Ask some Asatru about Blume v. Thorsson sometime. Or better yet- get two groups talking about Loki.

I was called an elitest the other day for contesting people's sense of entitlement to call a modern pagan holiday an ancient name that isn't connected with said modern pagan holiday.
Bad Tea. No cookie.

Bad Tea. No cookie. I read that. stressed -- eek On the back of the TV guide theres an advert for 4 'element encyclopedias'. They look pretty silly, but I'm wondering if they are a good idea to advertise there or not anyway. confused

It should with the extortionate pricing xd I'd buy the 5000 spells encyclopedia seperately. I've heard about it before and it's worth taking a little look at. (P.s- If my spelling starts to deteriorate, I'm not getting lazy, my keyboard is just starting to die cry )

I actually enjoy the fact that it has very traditional spells included along side neo-pagan formulations.

^That is something I have often heard. Which would be why I want to order the book biggrin It's hard to find traditional spells in books you can buy from mainstream shops sad
