Nope you can learn any of them as long as you have a open normal jutsu slot ((you get those every 10 int))

I have the IC power to be selfish but I'm not going to use it... simply because this is merely a guild and these people are merely players....
So Maybe Being Kage is a real pain in the a**... like no joke.... I'm going to give these people as much freedom I can without giving them stuff they don't need..... What in the world are you talking about? o.o

Anyways, I'm technically still not here. My day went a l- much different to what I wanted >_> Yesterday was right on spot, tomorrow will be epic. Today was epic but I miss my gf T__T Spent it with two dudes instead of her cause of unfortunate circumstances.
Anywho.... I see a mistake with the new guys jutsu. Someone tell him Doujutsu is not a style. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu D= And if those updates are still here by Tuesday, I'll take care of them. But....... that is sad and upsetting if they are.
-Shrugs- Oh well, I disappear now. I need to relax =D

Ugh, I hate the wording for the Debuffs....
I think we've been using the Debuffs wrong....or at least I have... crying
Debuff: your opponents Element/Category.....
NOT YOUR OWN.......
Tell me what I'm missing here.

NOT YOUR OWN.......
Tell me what I'm missing here. No, you debuff one of the things on the list, for instance accuracy then you can limit your debuff to say, just ninjutsu accuracy or accuracy of a fire technique for instance

I'd do like 20 lines if i was learning a jutsu, maybe a few more depending on it's level, to show how I learned said jutsu, an not just be able to do some awesome jutsu
and awesome picture
I think the exams should go until someone passes the whole thing

come play I think the exams should go until someone passes the whole thing definitely agree. This is a real toughie as far as teh checks go (unless you're in group 1 and you're passing around drugs a scarf of godliness)
