I dislike it aesthetically. It's made of too many parts that are clearly visible. It should be streamlined to make it look more sexy.
Functionally, I also dislike it. The massive 'nade cannon on the front would imbalance it and make it tip-heavy and hard to both carry at the ready and aim.
Plus, it's ugly.
