Uncle Kenny Indiana and ffffffff, not Edward. Spike, it is Spike, not Edward crying Ohh yeah I see it now. Since your skin is all pale I thought you were trying to do vampire. But I see Spike now. @Lil: Yeah, but several years ago. It was okay, but I didn't like how it was episodic. I thought there would be an overall drive to the story, but there wasn't.

It's funny that Cowboy Bebop should be brought up now. One of my best friends from college just discovered it, and she is completely in love with it. xd I liked the series, but it wasn't anything super dooper awesome. rofl

LilChibiusa It's funny that Cowboy Bebop should be brought up now. One of my best friends from college just discovered it, and she is completely in love with it. xd I liked the series, but it wasn't anything super dooper awesome. rofl I enjoyed the movie, but I was always wanting the show to tie the episodes together somehow, but it never did. I figured with all the popularity behind it there must be a good story line, and there wasn't. It was good from episode to episode sure, but not good enough to be as popular as it is, as far as I'm concerned.

You also have to remember that there weren't too many animes available in the US back then. If some of those same shows premiered in the US for the very first time today, they probably wouldn't be quite as big.

LilChibiusa You also have to remember that there weren't too many animes available in the US back then. If some of those same shows premiered in the US for the very first time today, they probably wouldn't be quite as big. I watched it only four or five years ago I believe, and back then there were plenty of anime on TV and people still loved it. Not to mention all the stuff that was being downloaded and all that.

Agh! It's been over a month since anything has been posted in here! xp
*tries to breathe life into the guild*
I'm watching X/1999 right now. It's an old one, and I honestly don't know why I didn't watch it before now. I read the manga a while back, and I must say that it is easier to understand in anime format. I'm really enjoying it so far.

Agh! I'm letting this guild slip through the cracks! xp I'm a room host of the 9th Annual Ball this year, and I'm currently heading up two art auctions for the ball, so I've been kind of busy and pre-occupied. Do you guys ever attend the Annual Balls? @Skippy - He still looks like Spike. The only thing is that he has a new background. And, if I'm not mistaken, that background was taken from a meme picture with text about the walk the dinosaur song.

My friend is cutting down on his anime supply right now because he has too much, so he gave me most of Samurai Deeper Kyo (manga). So far it's okay, not great though. I'm only on the second volume though and there's something around 30.
I'm also borrowing Full Metal Panic and FMP Fumoffu.

Lucky! xd I loved Full Metal Panic and FMP Fumoffu! heart I haven't ready Samurai Deeper Kyo, though. Right now, I'm watching the anime version of Kuroshitsuji. I started reading the manga a long time ago, and I've been hesitant about watching the anime because the storyline changes dramatically from the manga a quarter of the way through the first season. Everyone says it's really good, though, so I'm giving it a show. So far, I think they're doing great. I'm also re-watching Mobile Suit Gundam because it's been forever since I've seen it. I'm suddenly getting jokes and references that I hadn't been getting before. The only other version I've seen was the poorly translated job they did on Cartoon Network years ago, and never finished airing.

Just finished watching Desert Punk. It was pretty good, but the last episode was rather disappointing.
