Ok. Considering the wording of the non clan option I would say that only your custom jutsu is effected by being non descript.
In other words, in his case his first custom is level ten but his first upgrade is still limited to being a level 5 upgrade.
When applying upgrades you basically get to raise its level by +5 and as such you are given 5 more points to spend on said skill. When upgrading a jutsu you would apply any changes in the green color so that it is clear what is the origonal vs what is an upgrade. This is because when teaching jutsu, you may not teach a jutsu with upgrades. Instead, the newly learned jutsu, would revert back to its original position.

ele360 Quick question OOC. If there was an air gear ish MMO out there that was very fun to play, but was in German. Would you still play it? Nah, I know what your talking about to and was going to try to play it but couldn't get over the fact that never being able to navigate the menu / quests, etc would be irritating as hell. As for Air Gear itself, it was good early on then turns to utter s**t when they start getting into "powers from your road" and their special wheels and manufactured humans... yeah... just start's to take itself waaaaay to seriously. It was soooo much better when it was just about a group of gangs fighting out turf wars with modified super roller blades, that was an awesome idea very "jet set radio grind future" style... then they decided to make it more shounin esque and over think itself. A crying shame really.

A crying shame really. I tried it, I was hoping that it would be like a JSRF mmo, and in a sense it is just that. The gameplay itself feeds that urge to be that inline skate freak from arguably one of the best xbox games ever made. However, as you said, the launguge barrier is an issue and seems to be almost a slap in english speaking faces. From the start of the game, nothing is in english, which is fine and what I expected. But then I started playing only to find that damn near EVERYTHING is in english except the most important parts. Example: During the tutorial, all the texual infromation is in german, while the Npc's that are telling you what to do, speak english. When they teach you the basic functions of the game, also in english. Quest log, Character sheet, options, all in english. But the trick page (which acts as your skill sheet as far as spending exp points) all in german. I was lls the entire time. All that stuff already english and they couldnt bother to make an english version. Considering that a large portion of EU speaks english you would think that they would for the sake of gaining more players aka money cattle. ps. Dont mind my spelling and typo's too tired and lazy to change anything that was red lined.

In other news, so long as between now and the release date I dont hear anything depressing to turn me away. I think that I will be for the first time in many years committing to p2p a game. DCUO has entirely captured my focus as of the other day and its all i can think about.

i'm busy this weekend because every Friday we have D&D, and then today was a friends birthday party and tomorrow is my birthday so yeah busy weekend, also went to go see Inception and i was confused when the film burnt and i looked at my friend and i was like"Yo, is this part of the movie?" so good part was every one got two free tickets to any movie we want totally seeing inception and despicable me tomorrow, or maybe dinner for Schmucks.

I don't like being busy, tats why I try to have at least 3 days in a row where I can do absolutely nothing if I damn well please. xD
