Well it's just 'illegal' to kill each other on Andal really. Trying to keep the peace and what not...and well Malik it technically Andalian royalty now..so that's bad.
Sort of an eye for an eye thing should it seem fitting.

It seems that Malik has sort of been out agajnst Arthur since day one when he was just trying to be nice.
Although its best for him not to feel the wrath of Piper so he'll just leave it be XD
