I didn't find I was over thinking. My last question was why was it based off Strength and not PL. Simply answer could have easily been do to the strength of Brigand's lungs. And that question wasn't honestly important to the process, but had you bared with it. xP

I know. xD Hence Saiyan Heritage. I wanted to do something new that would still pay off at any level. It use to be stronger as well xD Green made me edit the death part of it.

First, Zhou is teleporting, so how can you see him, say nothing about look into his eyes. Second, like whats Ryan's speed? You'd likely easily lose sight of Zhou.
